This iconic neighborhood gem comfortably accommodates 10 guests across five well-appointed bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The primary bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the second-level patio, while the second bedroom also offers patio access. Two additional bedrooms and another bathroom complete the second floor, while the ground-floor "granny unit" bedroom has its private entry, a full bathroom, a small kitchen, and direct pool access.

Dining is a delight with seating for 12 at the kitchen/dining room tables, complemented by additional casual seating in the living room and a separate bar area. The fully-equipped kitchen ensures culinary adventures, from intimate alfresco dinners to family reunions.

Great Place to start a family
My wife and I welcomed our first child into the world and rented this property for the baby's first 2 months of life. It was a wonderful house and neighborhood to do this. The house was exactly what we needed for a newborn, and a work from home setup. The Host was incredibly responsive as was their property managers and there was seamless communication between property managers, owner, and us as the guests. The response time was immediate. We had a few nit picky asks to get the house ready for a newborn (air purifiers, etc) and owner picked up at own expense. They wanted to make sure our baby was comfortable. The area is perfect driving distance to all the major wine and culinary experiences in the region as well as walking distance to mostly anything you need for day to day (Safeway, CVS, etc). We want to thank Larry and team for a wonderful experience and for being great hosts. We will remember our time in Santa Rosa very fondly.
