I was put in a smoking room.. and I had a hard time breathing.. The clerk said it was his last room available.. but it’s not what I signed up for.. but took it anyways because I was exhausted and many hotels in this area were booked solid.. The clerk was nice and polite. Appearance was not professional.. at all, however? he was very quick to process me in and very helpful. The room itself was clean and slightly updated.. need and pillows were conditioned.. not a bad choice overall.. I am just allergic to smoke!

We needed joining rooms, so tried to call ahead. Phone was out of order all day. The clerk said he did not think to use the computer to get help restore the phone. Our rooms were in such poor condition, we didn't use the shower. The grounds were full of prickly bushes that made it dangerous to walk dogs. We spent an hour removing burrs and stickers from her paws. It was the worst stay ever. Soft mattress not supportive. No noise blocking for adjacent freeway. Slow drains. Adjacent room deteriorated to the point not rentable.

This hotel room was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. The mattress were deeply stained and very disgusting. When brought to the property’s attention was give an attitude.

We were told total price would be 88 something. They said no its 92 something. Showed reservation it didnt matter. Was given room 123 it was dirty with garbage under beds refrig had mold in it and toliet had mold. Towels were a dirty whity white and floor was dirty. Man at desk was not nice.

Dumpy Place. Do Not Recommend.
This is about a dumpy place as it gets. Abysmal shower in my room. Could not adjust the shower head. The shower is bizarre and shape, like standing in a small upright tube. The walls were dirty and there were no baseboards along the walls. I could not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bed was comfy and room was well set up for traveling with a cat. However, the bathroom sink faucet was almost unusable - turning it on the slightest bit sent a concentrated stream of water into the basin that was so strong water sprayed all over the vanity, mirror and me. Only way to get water at all was by turning it on a fraction so that only a tiny stream of water came out. Apparently the faucet was missing an aerator - which housekeeping should have noticed and alerted maintenance before room was rented. Also the shower floor was grubby. Otherwise, the room was fine

When we arrived at the property there was a big dog roaming around, when we went to our room the dog charged at my husband! He had to yell at it to get back! We have a really small dog and I was fearful of walking her there! We did get excellent service from desk person to move us to a different room!

The night check- In manager was very nice and professional even at the late hour. Parked just above our room, the bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing!! Great sleep!
