Front desk employee had no idea what he was doing.. took us 1.5 hour to put us in 2 rooms. Got put into a handicap room double bed and another double bed , when we both had kings… Told the property. They did nothing to compensate us….

The property was nice. However when we arrived they gave us a room that’s was already occupied. Then they gave us an ADA room stayed for two nights and our room wasn’t cleaned once and we had to call down for towels. Went to dinner came back and our keys didn’t work. They had checked us out early.

This was a great hotel experience. It’s in the middle of downtown and very close to food and the highway. The property was quiet and clean. The staff especially Danny at the front desk was awesome.

This was our third stay at this hotel. It’s well located near Healdsburg and wine country. Old town Santa Rosa is a 5 minute walk, good restaurants. We were on freeway side of hotel for first time. Traffic was loud all night. The hotel wasn’t busy and we are gold and platinum members. Why would they put guests there in not necessary when they know it’s a big issue? They are trying but it appears that they’re understaffed.
