Beachside Condo 4 features the most beautiful combination of modern and vintage. Even better is its backdrop - the stunning turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a true vacation vibe the second you walk into this Gulf-front retreat.

The completely renovated condo is showcased in crisp white shiplap framed by reclaimed wood beams. In the kitchen you'll enjoy the open shelving, keeping everything easy to find - and there's plenty of cabinet storage to hide away all your beach snacks. We can't forget to mention the top-of-the-line small appliances, enjoy this little touch of luxury on your 30A vacation. Wood countertops add incredible warmth to the kitchen on top of the vintage art and cozy dining spot.

The kitchen opens to the main living area so you're never without those Gulf views. Grab a seat on the sofa or either of the arm chairs to sit back and take in the salt water sights and sounds. Step outside to listen to the waves and smell that ocean air. You'll want to spend your mornings and evenings taking in the views. The beach access is just steps away ... you can have your toes in the sand in the quickest of walks.

After a day spent at the beach, retreat back to the bedrooms. The king master has a private bathroom with walk-in shower. Enjoy a TV and patio access. The 2nd bedroom includes 2 full beds and a TV. Quickly access the full bathroom in the hall. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer and dryer in the hall.

Beachside Condos:
Beachside Condominiums is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This 3-story complex features a community pool and private beach access. You'll be in the perfect location - right off scenic Highway 30A in the heart of Seagrove Beach, between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The 19-mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of 30A is conveniently located in front of the complex.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Place is decorated well and has a great supply of high quality cookware, kitchen tools and serving dishes. Great views of the beach and sunset. High quality beds just bring a topper because they are very hard. Parking limit of 1 car complicates having guests over. Great location along the bike trail.

Location location!! We loved this little condo. Loved our view. Loved the decor! If anything could be improved on I would suggest Maybe add mattress toppers to the 2 full size beds and maybe a new master shower head that creates more water pressure. These are minor things!! We would definitely stay here again!

Charming condo, good location
We enjoyed our stay in this charming little condo. It was well-decorated with a nice beach view + easy beach access. I am giving the property 4 stars because the furnishings (lots of white cushions) were pretty worn with spots and stains, the living room and patio furniture were not very comfortable for lounging and relaxing, and the sliding glass door to go outside was ridiculously heavy and needed to be replaced. With a few upgrades, this would easily be a 5 star property.

My mom and teenage nieces thoroughly enjoyed our short getaway! The property's location was perfect—beautiful gulf views, direct beach access, close to Sea Grove Market. The weather was lovely and we spent most of our time under rented umbrellas on the beach. The condo meet our needs well. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute and updated condo! We loved that it was right on the beach and on the first floor (we have a 1 year old and 3 year old), so this was a huge plus for us. Literally steps to the sand! Location was amazing, we biked to seaside within 12 minutes each night, didn’t use our car once! Our only complaints were that the sliding door to the porch was extremely hard to open and close, even for my burly husband. The shower head in the master bathroom could use some updating or declunking, and the fan in the master bathroom made such awful sounds we did not even attempt to keep turning on after one attempt. The kitchen table was uneven/unsteady. Overall we would stay here again due to location and Ease of access to the beach!

Perfect Spot
We absolutely loved our stay here! The unit is beautifully decorated. It is in an excellent location on 30a. It was very easy to get everywhere we wanted to go, but it was more quaint than many of the super busy hot spots. We loved this because we had plenty of room to set up without big crowds on the beach. The condo had all of the things we needed (other than the beach chairs and towels that you need to bring). We absolutely loved being right on the ocean. It was perfect with our 3 year old daughter. We could sit in the rocking chairs at the house and still see the ocean while our daughter played in the grass and while she took naps. We enjoyed our coffee out there each morning. We could also leave the door open and hear the ocean waves while we relaxed in the living room. It was super easy to run back and forth from the beach to go to the bathroom, reapply sunscreen, eat, etc. The only thing I would say is that the condo could have been cleaner. Next time I would call to ask for it to be cleaned better. It wasn’t super dirty, but I also didn’t feel clean putting my stuff certain places. The main surfaces and things were clean, but it majorly needed to be dusted and have a deep clean under the furniture, on shelves, the the cabinets, etc. It would be a 5 star for us if it would have been cleaned better. However overall, we couldn’t have loved it more. We would definitely return to this spot!!

We loved everything the condo had to offer. Had a great week with 3 teenagers. The master bed is very comfortable. Only complaint would be that the girls would have loved to have a full length mirror on the back of one of the doors. And the sofa was not the most comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

Unit was clean and well appointed. Nice ground level unit. Maintenance was quick to respond when our code would not open the front door. While there, my husband mentioned that the sliding door to the patio was almost impossible to open. Maintenance did what he could, and it helped a little, but I think this is really an owner issue to have the door replaced. Kudos to maintenance for all their help. Also, am very impressed with the communication from the management company during the reservation process, during our stay, and return home. Very seamless and thorough.

Perfect, Convenient Location
We had a bit of an irregular situation, where the AC went out in our condo. We found out 20 minutes after our flight had landed in FL. The customer service from Benchmark was exceptional throughout the entire experience. You're truly in the middle or close by everything, and the beach access/view cannot be beat. It'a a beautifully decorated condo. I gave a 4, due to the slight lack of cleanliness (which was already brought to management's attention) and the musty/damp smell of the condo (think it was the whole complex). Overall, and despite our initial circumstances, it ended up being a nice place to stay.

Perfect family retreat!
We loved this condo! We loved having separate rooms and bathrooms- and that our kids each got their own full size bed! We enjoyed being able to sneak out to watch the sun come up each morning without waking them! Plenty of space for a family! We used all the kitchen amenities and cooked most of our meals each day- this place has all that you'll need! Just steps from the beach- loved being on the first floor! The perfect place to escape for a week!

Great stay but...
We loved our stay at this property. It's right on the beach and the view is great. The location within Seagrove is also perfect. The only hiccups we had were: - when we arrived, we were unable to open the door using the code provided by the management company so they had to send someone out to help. The representative was quick and very nice - my toddler found a pill on the floor when we were getting settled. Luckily my wife was with him and he pointed it out to her instead of eating it. That would have been a nightmare. Please let the cleaning crew know as this is a very dangerous situation.
