All the living area is on one level, Each bedroom has their own bath.

A fully equipped tiled kitchen, open living/dining with a large screen TV. You will feel like you are in the midst of excitement and the sights and sounds of the beach community of Seaside.

The 2 BR. apartment has a queen bed in the master with a private bath, and two twin beds with their private bath. A sofa sleeper allows you to sleep two more. Kitchen is fully equipped and there is a LARGE screen TV in the living area.we did upgade the bathrooms

Pool pass is $42 a day excluding any rate you pay. Pool pass has to get as checking in till checking out

Love this apartment!

I have stayed at about 10 places in Seaside over the years and once I found this one, I just keep coming back to it. Location is great. You can see all the town activities from your huge balcony. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking, W/D enables you to pack lighter,

Love this condo!

This property is all around amazing! We loved the location, it was so close to the beach and town. No car needed! The balcony was our favorite spot to enjoy the mornings and evenings. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Ozy is a wonderful host, we enjoyed getting to meet him! We will definitely be renting here again!

This condo’s location is great. Easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants in seaside. The space is actually bigger in person than in the pictures. I would definitely stay here again! Ozzy was great to talk to!

Spring break 2024

Came to Seaside with my sister, son and two of his friends for spring break. Ozzy was very easy to work with and accessible. Location was great. We parked the car after getting groceries and didnt drive again until we left. Lots of options for food and shopping. The size of the condo fit our needs. This was my first spring break experience. While I understand the need to control teenagers, the police were very aggressive. Clearing out the main square at 6:45 telling everyone to go home. I was walking with my teen and an office told him to "go the "f" home." He realize he was with me and apologized. I honestly felt somewhat afraid for them to not be with me. We wont be back for Spring break.

Heaven at Amore By The Sea in Seaside

I could not have chosen a better place or location. The pics online cannot show just how really nice the whole place is and how comfortable the beds were. The location was perfect as it was the closest place to the center of the square and just steps away to everything especially the beach. And most of all, Mr. Ozy was so accomodating from the reservation made online until checkout. I am looking forward to my next vacay at Amore By The Sea!!!

Fantastic place

If you want to be surprised at how amazing a time you can have at the beach, Amore by the sea is a gem. We were shocked at how great the location was, how huge the condo is, how the condo had a wraparound balcony overlooking the center of town and you can see the ocean from there. Ozy is a great host, available at any moment, has everything you need for you including access to the private beach, and a place that has everything you need to be comfortable during your stay. The location can’t be beat- you are in the middle of everything, restaurants, shops, beach and a private parking on properly allows you to leave your car behind and walk for everything you need. Seaside is a special place and we will definitely be back to Amore by the sea!

Great location in Seaside

The property is located right off the main circle at Seaside so very convenient. Large covered porch on two sides of apartment. The decor feels like cast-off furniture and there are some deferred maintenance issues but AC, fridge and coffee maker all work fine. There is no guest information for the unit so need to inquire about parking, wristbands and Wi-Fi. Property manager is very responsive to questions

Perfect Quick Getaway

We found ourselves able to have a quick 3 day, 4 night trip to Seaside. Amore was perfect. Just the right amount of space for me, my wife, teenage daughter, and 2 dogs. The location could not be better. As others have said, there are times when there is some noise from deliveries at Great Southern, but it really was not bad at all. Sitting on the balcony people watching was fun when we were not at the beach. Thank you, Ozy!

Great Location

Although there’s a lot of hustle and bustle with a restaurant across the street, you can’t beat the location to shopping, food, trucks, and beach access. Kitchen is well equipped, and we particularly enjoyed the Panini maker & coffee station. The owner had good communication with us and was super friendly. We will definitely be back.

The property is very conveniently located to the heart of Seaside. The parking space provided was very helpful, as was the washer and dryer. The property needs some attention inside and on the patio. The one point that we would like to highlight is the checkout time of 9:30am. There is no give on this checkout time, so prior to renting, make sure this will not affect your plans for your last day in Seaside.

Great location

Perfect spot for 2 adults and 2 teens. Ozy was very helpful. Condo was very clean upon arrival. Great location and no need to drive anywhere after arrival. As other people have commented, it’s a little noisy in early am but I would stay again. Thank you Ozy!

Location Location Location - Great stay

You really could not ask for better proximity to all the things to do in seaside. We had a great stay overall and no major complaints as the property was as described. A couple of things for future bookers to be aware of that are just informational. - This is not negative on the owner or the property, but we paid the $40 per day for access to the pool and the gym which was maybe 3 blocks away (opposite direction from the beach). We did not really use the pool and gym. The gym was pretty nice. The adult pool and kids pool were pretty much empty. They were small and just ok. But you are really paying for the beach location and if I were to do it again, I would have probably passed on the pool option. (just a review that the pools were just ok). - The condition of the property was completely fine. We knew that it was not going to be a newly renovated condo with all the bells and whistles. I think someone described it in another review as European and I would agree. Everything worked but if you are particularly needy, this might not be the place for you. Some of the furniture was worn (one of the patio couches in particular), light bulbs didn't match in bathroom, and a few unimportant items were broken (towel holders etc). You pick this place because of the location. It was completely as described so I had no problem with this. Just setting expectations if someone is usually staying at a ritz type property. - I would encourage the owner to pay for some professional photos to be taken of the units so that people would have a better idea before they come, but it was completely fine with me. - The area is actually quite loud because you are in the middle of the main area of town, but I will say that the windows and doors must be excellent because inside the unit you do not hear much at all from he outside. - While sitting on the patio, just we aware that there will likely be a bunch of teenagers acting like teenagers because this unit is extremely close to the ice cream shop. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great location

Our stay was during Labor Day weekend, which is not as crowded as during the summer. This was our first time staying in town, which was so convenient! The condo is right behind Great Southern Cafe. Beach access was convenient, but we could not bring our own chairs/umbrellas for the kids to sit with the the rentals. There is a condo above us and we could hear all the kids ruckus from above….it is in town so you can hear people talking if they are walking out and about late at night. They do clean/sanitize the tables early in the morning as well (aka the pressure wash is loud). But overall we had a pleasant stay.

This condo is perfect in every way!

This condo is perfect in every way….location was amazing perched above the downtown Seaside square! Inside it was clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and 2 perfect bathrooms. We will definitely come again and are so grateful the owner is willing to share this gem of a rental in downtown Seaside.

Great Location for a week at Seaside

Amore by the Sea wad a great place to stay for our family of 3. Its located in the middle of everything and very close to the beach. The balcony was a huge accommodation. Ozy is a wonderful host and delightful to work with...had an answer for all our questions. Definitely would stay again. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

Great place. Great location! If you want to be in the central square this is for you. The condo is exactly as described, - it’s clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Large balcony was awesome! All appliances worked, fresh and clean towels provided, beach passes were requested and provided. The host is very easy to work worth, and is gracious and accommodating. I would recommend!

Ideal Location and Best Hospitality

My family had the pleasure of meeting Ozy and staying at his nice Amore property from June 25 to June 29. We parked the car and never moved it because of Amore's convenient location. The weather was extremely hot, but the balcony had a nice breeze no matter the time of day. Ozy is an exceptional host!! We had a great time!
