Preciosas vistas y gran ubicación.
El apartamento es amplio con gran localización ,en urbanización muy tranquila pero cerca de todos los servicios necesarios. Muy amables y Check in muy fluido.Por añadir un comentario a mejorar, se agradecería unos básicos como sillas o sombrilla, para acudir a la playa cercana.

Schönes Haus in gepflegter Ferienresidenz
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub (28.7.-11.8.23). Die Ferienresidenz liegt nur ca. 20 Min. vom Flughafen entfernt auf einer Anhöhe in Gran Alacant mit fantastischem Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Die Anlage ist bereits etwas älter, aber top gepflegt. Das Haus selbst liegt in einem ruhigen Seitenweg und bietet vom Balkon aus ebenfalls einen tollen Meerblick. Das Haus ist komplett modernisiert, klimatisiert, schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Der Gemeinschaftspool (ca. 25 m l / 12 m b / 1,30 - 2,50 m t) mit schöner Liegewiese (Rasen), Sonnenschirmen und Duschen ist eine gute Abwechslung oder Alternative zum Meer. Der sehr schöne Sandstrand in Gran Alacant mit drei Strandabschnitten ist mit dem Auto in ca. 7 Min. zu erreichen. Für geübte und hitzeresistente Wanderer gibt es gleich neben der Ferienresidenz nach dem Wendekreisel unterhalb des Aussichtspunktes einen steilen Pfad (Markierung mit grünem Punkt) zu drei kleinen Stränden unterhalb der Anhöhe (Dauer Abstieg je nach Fitness ca. 15 bis 30 Minuten / Aufstieg ca. 20 bis 45 Min.). Außerdem gibt es ab dem o.g. Aussichtspunkt auch mehrere ausgeschilderte (einfache) Wanderwege zum Leuchtturm, zur Bunkeranlage, zu einem weiteren Aussichtpunkt mit herrlichem Blick auf die Insel Tabarca oder nach Santa Pola (ca. 45 Min. Gehzeit). Wer abends gut Essen gehen möchte, dem können wir die Restaurants Solaluna und La Piedra in Gran Alacant sowie das La Sal direkt am Hafen in Santa Pola empfehlen.
