I booked the room because it was incredibly inexpensive and very close to the airport where I had an early flight the next morning. But as I booked it with you Expedia the price doubled. I also thought that I would receive free breakfast, as that’s what it clearly said when I booked it. But when I checked in they said no. They didn’t give me a room as far away from the front desk as possible. Top floor which I hate, and at the end of the hallway. When I arrived at the room I realized that the key did not work into the rooms, did they had failed to program the key. So I was forced to walk all the way back down to reception were a man said he would come with me to open the door. I politely told him I did not want him to come with me I didn’t need anyone to open the door I nearly wanted a key that would actually allow me access to my own room. After entering the room and attempting to get settled, finally, I realized that the lockbox where I needed to put all my valuables was closed and there were no instructions on how to open it. So I was again forced to return to the front desk and ask two different people there four times if they had written instructions for the safe. Both of them ignored my question each time. I didn’t went into the restaurant, carrying my large backpack with my computer and phone, not wanting to leave it in the room and have it stolen, and not having access to any safe or lockbox. The food was actually good and well presented and that was the one positive

Great deal for a cool hotel.
It was a lower price option but I had a great stay. There is a very nice pool. A little far from the beach but it is really easy to catch a cheap taxi, there is a taxi stand right at the entrance to the property.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had. We arrived on July 22. It should be said that we arrived at noon and they gave us the room before 3:00 p.m., which is the time to check in. We had reserved a double room, but there were only 2 of us. We asked him. the girl at the front desk could not change them and told us that the hotel was practically empty.. the employees are spoiled they look dirty and run down they don't have the slightest idea what service is they look upset frustrated all the time at breakfast the employees treat you rudely without politeness the food is lousy it's cold they serve you little as if if the food was rationed or counted if you ask for a little more they tell you no the attitude of the employees is super bad and unprofessional The pool is dirty and is not properly maintained. that hotel is useless never never go to that hotel they throw away your money

We stayef for 4 nights and only that last day did we have wifi in out room...horrible internet conection!!! The breakfast was included but small portions and not great variety. The best part was the pool very nice we loved it!

Don't bother
This was not at all what I expected. I have stayed at hotels, hostels, you name it, all across Colombia and this was by far the worst (and one of the more expensive). The toliet seat cover was detached and placed on top of the tank of the toilet. Housekeeping forgot to put towels in our rooms, we had to call three times before they actually brought the towels (each time they said they would right away), and the breakfast buffet made everyone I was traveling with sick. The shuttle to the beach wasn't running two of the days we were there, and when it was time to check-out it took over a half an hour for the check-out (a few people behind us in line got so upset they just left and said if the hotel needed something they could email them). I could go on, really, several problems, not impressive at all, and definitely not worth the money - many other options at better prices, and better hotels.
