Muy mal servicio
La verdad muy mala la experiencia, supuestamente teníamos una reserva con la propietaria Sofía Avendaño y ella a último momento nos canceló la reserva, un día antes de la reserva nos canceló, cuando nosotros llegamos al destino y dónde supuestamente teníamos la reserva, la encargada del lugar que se llama casa hotel relax no sabía nada de nuestra reservación, pero conocía a la propietaria Sofía, nos dió el número de ella como comunicarnos porque no eso fue capaz de darnos un número de ella para comunicarnos con ella estábamos a la deriva, y no nos pudimos hospedar allá porque ya estaba todo ocupado, está es la hora y no nos han devuelto el dinero porque si nos cobraron pero ni nos hospedamos allá , tuvimos que solucionar y quedarnos en otro lado, supuestamente que era la entrada a las 2 de la tarde la agencia iba a llamar y a solucionarnos el hospedaje y nada ahí nos hubiéramos quedado en la calle porque no llamaron si no como hasta las 3 de la tarde pasadas y le comentamos el caso para que nos devolvieran el dinero y nos enviaron un correo que le diéramos más información sobre lo que habia pasado , pero vamos a enviar un correo a los mismos que nos enviaron el correo y aparece que ese correo no existe así que nunca llegó el correo a ellos y todavía no nos devuelven el dinero ni nos solucionan nada, la verdad muy mala experiencia con la agencia Vrbo muy mala de verdad. Tanto para la comunicación y la gente que trabaja con ellos Pero me puedan resolver prontopropietaria pa
