Location is very convenient and quite which we love it very much, located in the heart of the city where you have diverse options such as walking, taxis and/or public transportation to further different places and alternatives for touristic attractions if that's your preference, let's not forget main entrance of the hotel already decorated with christmas spirit and relaxing smell inside the property, all staff super friendly and very attentive, in another hand of course building has some flaws which require attention and maintenance; overall it was a wonderful and relaxing experience. thank you all for that.

Very beautiful hotel
We love all the spaces in the hotel. We watched the sunset from the pool and it was very nice. We loved the breakfast, very varied. Delicious hot chocolate. The hotel is very well located, very close to the marina and beach.

Great hotel in the center of Santa Marta. Rooms are modern and comfortable- storage and shelf space a little limited. A wonderful pool and bar which was one of the highlights of our vacation.The breakfast buffet is wonderful and other food we ordered very good. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Close to all the sights and beaches in the city. Santa Marta was extremely hot and humid on our visit so the AC was a wonderful oasis and helped make our vacation special.

Very Nice airport within walking distance of the main attractions in Santa Marta . I travelled with my 6 years old and we went out day and night and felt very safe . The pool is amazing and the sunsets captured from the pool are to die for . Good value for money.

Admin problems
This is a nice hotel with a great location but they have crazy admin struggles..For a start they cannot correctly charge breakfasts on hotels.com. Singles pay double, doubles pay correctly. They cannot even book a room via hotels.com if you choose three people and then try to add breakfasts. I reached out to them to try and resolve this and they just ignored me. We had three families with three people in our group. So we had to pay those breakfasts on arrival. Both mornings breakfast staff told them they didn't have breakfasts included. Would be a way better experience of they didn't make clumsy mistakes like this and actually cared about replying to guests.
