Main floor with open concept kitchen, pantry, and living space facing pool area. Lower bedroom suite is level to pool. Pool side pergola with dinning area. Beautifully done landscaping by corporativo Leslie with natural palms and flowering shrubs. Large pool with four commercial shade umbrellas and eight lounge chairs. All furniture is made locally of parota and other hard woods. Private parking spot and street parking available. Washer and dryer. Two outdoor showers by pool and two extra guest bathrooms.
