In some corner of its spacious terraces, which almost completely surround the villa and are perfectly furnished, you can enjoy an energetic breakfast before heading to the beach or perhaps have a barbecue meal as night falls. You can also sunbathe on the loungers after refreshing yourself in the pool, read a good book quietly under the umbrella, or simply relax in the entrance armchairs and enjoy the tranquility of the residential area where it is located, a highly sought-after area in Can Picafort.
Inside, you will find a spacious living-dining room with international television and large windows that allow plenty of natural light to pass through. The independent gas kitchen has direct access to the exterior, allowing you to cook and enjoy your favorite dishes outdoors in just a few steps. The laundry area is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. On this main floor, there is a bedroom with a balcony, a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Going up the stairs, you will find another bathroom with a bathtub and three additional bedrooms: the first with a double bed, the second with a single bed, and the third with two single beds. On this same floor, you will find a beautiful and spacious room, surrounded by large windows providing abundant natural light, which you can use as a study or for relaxing reading. Some of the rooms on this floor also offer sea views. A crib and a high chair are available. On the -1 floor, there is a third bathroom with a shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (cold/heat) and fans.
Can Picafort is located in a coastal area, predominantly touristic during summer months, where you will have all the services you need. Its beach, just a few minutes walking distance, is a beach with white and fine sand, its crystal-clear waters invite you to take a relaxing swim or practice water sports given its extension. We recommend a visit to the Albufera Natural Park, taking a walk on foot or by bike through the Son Real Natural Estate park. A short distance from the town, you can enjoy a pleasant walk after tasting a delicious and traditional paella in a restaurant right on the shore of one of its beaches, such as Ses Casetes des Capellans beach. If you want to visit a more lively area, head to Alcúdia Port, and to Alcanada if you wish to play golf. Air conditioning available from 2:00 PM-4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
