Nice house for couples and families who want to rest in a quiet area, very close to the main beach of Can Picafort, in a Mediterranean style environment. This house has been totally renovated in March 2017 and the kitchen fully equipped. In addition, this apartment is a perfect option for a family with children who want to be in a beautiful and safe beach and with many options and places of interest, both for children and parents. 'Laia' is located only 50 meters from the sea.

Distribution
The house has two floors, two large terraces, ping-pong table and a place to store bicycles, perfect for cyclists.
On the first floor, you can find a large area with a dining room for six people and a living room with two sofas and a plasma TV with satellite, DVD movies, near this area there is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture, ideal to relax a moment.
The house has WiFi Internet connection.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2 In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3 When possible a late check-out, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 13:00 and € 90 until 16:00.

Plenty of space and great location
Lovely big rooms with loads of light. Black out curtains in all bedrooms and comfy beds. Brilliant outdoor spaces, too bacony with breath taking sea views and back patio was very privare. 5 minutes walk to the beach and marina.

Comfortable, well equipped and helpful owners
Our second stay at this apartment, this time with our 9 month old baby. Such a beautiful setting with views of the bay and mountains and the terrace and balcony offer lovely private spaces. The owners were extremely helpful with any queries and there was everything you needed for you stay, including a travel cot and high chair for our baby (upon request)! A fantastic 2 weeks!

Beautiful house, great location
The house is exactly as shown in the photos. We enjoyed being there during the off season. While a lot of restaurants were closed, the ones that were open were really great. We enjoyed being to dine with the locals. Good location. Easy to make day trips from here.

Beautiful, spacious, and well equipped
The apartment is close to the beach, but in the quieter part of the town, which suited us well. It has everything you need to have a home away from home (even a BBQ). Very helpful hosts and good communication. Would definitely consider staying again.

Clean, private, close to the sea front
This property was wonderful, I couldn't recommend it more. My husband and I rented it for 10 nights for our cycling / running honeymoon, although the there were three rooms and only two of us we really wanted somewhere with a private balcony. The whole apartment was fantastic, the private balcony had a wonderful view of the mountains and sun first thing in the morning until around 3 pm (late may) and had the sun again from 6 with the sun setting in full view over the mountains. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils so I cooked a couple of nights. Ca'n Picafort is a beautiful setting with a paved walk by the sea and lovely beaches. The location was great, half way along the paved sea front (a very convenient 5km run!) and plenty of restaurants to choose from of varying kinds of atmosphere. If you walk far enough to the east you get to the lovely Son Baulo nature park, definitely worth an explore! My only criticism of the apartment is that the master bed has a collapsed mattress which meant we had to flip it and I used the single bed's duvet as a mattress topper for added comfort. Thanks so much to Juan too who was fantastic organising fixing the wifi that had broken! I would definitely recommend this apartment, whether there is 2 of you or a family.

Zwei Wochen in Can Picafort
Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage. Genau zwischen der ruhigeren und der touristischeren Ecke von Can Picafort. Die Wohnung selbst liegt ruhig, nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt und ist gut ausgestattet.

A very beautiful house near the beach!
We spend a week in the Laia house in octobre with 4 adults and 2 kids. The house was perfect for us! Nice bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equiped kitchen and a nice garden and balcony. Everything spotless clean! The kids loved to play outside and inside with the table tennis. The location was perfect! Close to the beach and there are supermarkets nearby also a pastelaria for fresh bread is close within 4 minutes by foot. Juan is a perfect host. When we arrived he was already at the house waiting for us to tell everything about the house and the place Can Picafort. He also arranged some food and drinks for the first day. That was really nice. For questions you can whatsapp and there will he a quick answer. We had a wonderful time at the house and we wil definitely come back again! Greets, Pauletta and family

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Das Haus ist genau so wie beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar besser. Absolut sauber!!!!! Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts. Juan war sehr nett und immer zu erreichen. Am Anreisetag hatte er sogar für das erste Frühstück eingekauft und Wasser für uns bereit gehalten. Ein wirklich toller Service!!!! Am Abreisetag durften wir sogar bis 16:00 im Haus bleiben, da unser Flug erst spät abends ging. Das ging natürlich nur, da keine neue Gäste kamen, aber trotzdem außergewöhnlich nett und mit zwei kleinen Kindern eine echte Erleichterung! Der Strand und Hafen sind zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Von außen wirkt es erst etwas ernüchternd, mag auch an der wirklich nicht besonders ansehnlichen Straße in Can Picafort liegen, von innen ist es aber wirklich eine ganz tolle Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen!

Prachtig appartement op loopafstand van strand en boulevard!
Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad met onze 3 pubers van 14, 18 en 19 in augustus 2018. De ontvangst was prima! Gastvrij onthaal met de eerste boodschappen al in huis. Het appartement heeft 2 hele ruime terrassen. Op het achterterras kan er heerlijk rustig en in de schaduw worden ontbeten en gedineerd (overdag volle zon dus te warm). Wij hebben veel genoten van het terras aan de voorkant met een mooie lounge hoek. Het appartement is modern en licht ingericht. Na een week schoonmaak en lagen er weer heerlijke schone handdoeken, douchelakens en strandlakens klaar. Goed geregeld! Ik zou dit appartment zeker aanbevelen!

Schöne Ferientage in einer tollen Wohnung
Wir verbrachten im Mai schöne Ferientage mit unseren 3 Kindern. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Tischtennisplatte wurde von unseren Kinder sehr viel benutzt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Nur 5 Minuten zum Strand.

uns haben die knapp 2 Woche hier Ende März/ Anfang April gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war gutausgestattet, die Betten war auch sehr gut. Leider war es in der Wohnung zu dieser Jahreszeit etwas frisch und da keine Heizung vorhanden ist- brauch man doch warme Kleidung um sich wohl zu fühlen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in toller Lage
Die Wohnung hatte eine tolle Lage nur ein paar Minuten vom Meer entfernt und ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich top, es ist alles vorhanden um dort einen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen.
