The Villa overlooks a blue sea and a coast with an enchanting view. The villa has been TOTALLY RENOVATED in 2010 and is available for rent for groups of 10-14 people. From September to June it is possible to rent a single apartment for families of 6 or 7 people. In July and August it is possible to rent only the 2 apartments for groups of 12 or 14 people, the price of the rate refers to ONE APARTMENT. The villa is on two floors with 2 apartments connected by an internal staircase, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room-lounge both on the ground floor and on the first floor. The villa has been selected from the villas of the Palermo coast by RAI as a venue for television footage thanks to the welcoming interiors and the evocative exposure to the sea is carefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, particularly suitable for families or groups of friends with children and teenagers intend to spend a week at the beach and reach it.
