Girls Weekend in Santa Fe
Planned a Girls Weekend in Santa Fe, and after searching multiple properties, decided on this property. While it's not walking distance to any activities, it's a short car drive to the main street downtown. The property was comfortable and quiet, which made for a relaxing weekend.

Great stay
The stay was wonderful, it had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The host was very helpful, communicative and accommodating. The backyard was perfect for star gazing and relaxing. It was secured and fully fenced for our pups. It was a much closer drive to plaza and all the nice areas to walk around and shop. I highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to return to Santa Fe.

A comfortable, welcoming home
We appreciated the efforts the hosts' efforts to make the house welcoming from clear printed instructions to gift packages of food and wine. WiFi was speedy and reliable and the Bluetooth enabled soundbar allowed us to enjoy music over morning coffee and while hanging out in the evenings. We were initially concerned when we got the actual address of the house and looked at Google street view: the house looked dingy and the neighborhood seemed scruffy for the price being asked but the house turned out to be nice and light-filled and seemed well maintained while the neighborhood was very quiet as well as quite convenient to groceries, the rail-yard and downtown. Probably the biggest fail was the lack of a dishwasher which led us to wash our dishes before even using them (not knowing how diligent the previous tenants had been) as well as making more work for us during our stay.

Very rustic
The house is located in a decent location. Decorations were nice. The property really needs a exterminator. This is a very old home with several open areas for mice and others to get in. The first two days we had a mouse that ran around the house. On day 2 they set traps. Then we had to remove a dead mouse from the kitchen counter. We have stayed in several VRBOs and ive never had to deal with a rodent. Really disappointed in the stay here.

Definitely not “Chic” nor an “Oasis”
There were numerous issues regarding this as a property. It’s a budget house charging a luxury price. • The location is not situated in a residential area & can be described as an industrial area at best. • The house itself is extremely old & very outdated. The doors cannot close properly and require a latch to secure shut. The house had painted over light switches & gave the impression of a fast and cheap coat of paint to give the illusion of updated. • There are no outlets readily available around the house, we had to charge everything in the kitchen. • In the bathroom there is a window in the shower itself that does not have a cover for privacy, as someone with a traumatic past it is very triggering to not have the ability to close a drape/window covering especially when there is a home literally within feet of the bathroom. It’s not a tall bathroom either, you can see right through especially at night. • The “Backyard Oasis” was anything but - The outdoor furniture was covered with a tarp & sheet. The outdoor umbrella is being held down with a bag of rocks. The outdoor fire pit is literally like an old grill that the lid does not even come off. There was an empty discarded soil bag just hanging out near the fence. The fence itself is just a coiled up roll of chicken wire. The flower beds are just empty squares of dirt. The fruit tree - through I understand fruit does fall it does not look like the area had been maintained recently & old fruit all around.

Artistic, Cozy Home Near Everything
My family and I enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe! The neighborhood was quiet and is a short drive to the plaza and other tourist attractions. Check in and communication was easy. The owner left a good list of food and shopping recommendations. We enjoyed all the art, the comfortable beds, the outdoor space, and the well-stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

New Years in Santa Fe
My fiancé and I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful bungalow to bring in 2023. Location is perfect, just minutes away from all the town had to offer. The house was very comfortable and cozy. We would highly recommend this home and plan to stay here for our future trips to Santa Fe.

Charming Bungalow
My husband and I stayed here with our puppy for a long weekend. The space was perfect for us, it was clean and decorated very nicely in the Santa Fe style. We needed to get away and this was the perfect place to do it. The backyard was nice for the dog and we were only a few minutes from downtown where we spent a lot of time. The bungalow is also only 10-15 minutes from some great hiking trails which we took full advantage of. Linda was very communicative and all the rules of the house were clear. Would highly recommend this property!

Good Review
House was located in an older section of Santa Fe and had recently had a lot of probably needed upgrades. House was very clean. Good access to major streets and a short distance to downtown plaza area. Enclosed backyard was great for pets. Small kitchen but good for two people. We enjoyed our stay.

Cute and cozy home
Overall nice place to stay. Communication with property owner was great. Cute little yard, dog friendly. The rooms got a little hot at night and bedding wasn't the most comfortable, and there isn't anything within walking distance (restaurants etc) but everything is a short drive. If you're looking to be more in walking distance this isn't the place, but it was perfect for the horse show (about 15 min from the HIPICO Santa Fe show grounds).

Nice but hot.
The property was clean and well kept. The decorations were very nice We didn’t expect the master bedroom to have no air. We ended up sleeping on a double bed that did have air but was small. We were disappointed overall.

Great base for all that Santa Fe offers
We really enjoyed our stay at this SF property. The house provided good space (more than most properties closer to the plaza). The kitchen was well stocked to allow us to cook several of our own meals. The beds were super comfy. The only downside to this property from others we have stayed at in Santa Fe is it isn't ideal for walking to things. However, it is a short 5 minute drive to the Plaza, Railyard, museums, so that is ideal. We loved it and would stay here again!
