The room was nice but not properly cleaned… the toilet seat was dirty from the last people and the floors didn’t look mopped. the blinds are transparent and the discount tire next door has a loud telephone ringing all day so don’t plan on sleeping in. the swimming pool was kinda stinky. The free breakfast was pretty good however. Also housekeeping busted in the room this morning while we were sleeping even though we had the do no disturb thing hung on the door?? Never had that happen before, good thing we weren’t naked lol.

Great staff and great location. Breakfast is excellent. Unfortunately it did take 20 minutes for the water to heat up in the shower and the faucet in the faucet was a milky white.

The hotel was clean & well maintained with a cozy vibe & nice amenities. My room was comfortable and spacious. The staff was friendly, polite and accomodating. Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Santa Fe.

Property charges customers for parking when there is literally no other parking option near by, there was no microwave in the room and the food and snacks were extremely overpriced. This property tries to come off as upscale but is just a renovated motel with an expensive name.
