BEAUTIFUL property. The rooms were very beautiful, and clean. Staff was friendly from check in to check out. The hotel was within walking distance to shops and restaurants! Would highly recommend staying at Hotel Santa Fe!

NIce property. A little old. Shuttle service is helpful but inefficient - suggestion to tell guests shuttle ETA because we spent a lot of time waiting around for it when we were told "it will be right there". THis almost caused us to miss our ride to the ABQ airport - we waited for hotel shuttle for 40 mins and eventually took an uber.

The room was on the small side - not sure how room service for 2 would have worked out. But otherwise, it's a very nice hotel with a nice shuttle service, and a great restaurant.

The blinds in the bedroom were horrible. They were just standard vertical blinds and didn’t block out the light at all. We were situated in front of the hotel so any cars that came in and out of the main entrance shone right into our room.

This is an old downtown hotel following the classic model, which means it's very nice but has no in-room coffee maker, fridge or microwave, which are things most travelers have come to expect. The coffee service in the lobby isn't until 7 am, necessitating a visit to the local convenience store for early risers.

The staff were extremely friendly! We parked our car and didn’t get back in it until it was time to leave as they had an awesome shuttle service that took us wherever we wanted to go(thanks Pete and Rick)! We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Santa Fe!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy and quick. The entire hotel was clean, from the lobby/lounge area to the hallways to the room itself. Even the elevator was clean and comfortable. The grounds were very nice. The plaza was so close, we walked there twice a day. We will definitely stay there I.

Was a nice clean hotel with great food and drinks .good atmosphere .they offer a free shuttle to and from the plaza or 1 mile vicinity from the hotel and that helps when you don’t have a car and you don’t want to pay Uber fees all the time

Nice rooms, great staff. Excellent shuttle services to Old Town Santa Fe and local restaurants. The hotel restaurant also served very good food and some entertainment in late afternoon/evening was available. We even enjoyed a couples massage at the spa. We would stay here again and would recommend this place without hesitation.
