High Design with Fabulous Patio

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Walk or Ride to the Santa Fe rail trail and plenty of local favorite cafes and restaurants. The primary bedroom has en-suite bathroom while your kids will enjoy a bunkbed and their own TV. There are multiple areas to hang including the music lounge and foosball den. Outdoors enjoy s'mores at the fire pit, covered outdoor dining and a large sun deck. There is also a dedicated separate office structure / yoga studio.

There are 3 bedroom - primary has king bed, second bedroom has queen and the third bedroom features twin bunks. Two bathroom both with showers - no tub. There is a garage not in use for cars, it has foosball and W/D as well as storage for bikes, skis etc. Bring all your toys. The detached office is perfect for remote work or a peaceful spot to read away from the house. There are 2 off street parking places, but you can park on the street in front of the house as well (just don't park on the sidewalk!).

You can access the whole property.

As much as needed by guests. There is a coded lock so we won’t meet you for check in but are completely available if something comes up of to offer suggestions for our favorite places, activities, restaurants and hikes.

This is a super central location. Everything is about a 5 to 10 minute drive. Or you can walk or bike to a half dozen fun restaurants including Counter Culture, Cafecito, Ikonic…great pizza is nearby too. The Santa Fe rail trail is a block away which can take you downtown, to the farmers market or alternative to a great gravel biking trail to the south.

A car is usually pretty handy to have in Santa Fe due to the lack of solid public transportation and all the fun excursions outside of town. This property is also really well suited for bike riding having both secure storage and access to the Rail Trail which is the main biking artery in town.

The home is in a terrific established neighborhood with long time residents. We expect you to respect the local laws around quiet time (10pm-8am) and to be courteous to our neighbors! Its not in "downtown" Santa Fe but is a short drive or bike ride away. Access to the Santa Fe Rail Trail (1 block away) gives you a walking, jogging or biking artery to all of the city. Don't miss visiting local favorites, Cafecito, Counter Culture, Ikonic, Backroad Pizza or Second Street Brewery - all within 1/2 mi.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Liquid Light Glass. A kitchen and 2 bathrooms are available in the vacation home.

Great Visit!
We so enjoyed our visit to Santa Fe, and this beautifully appointed property provided the perfect home base. We appreciated the central location - close to the Railyard, downtown, and Canyon Road - and the property manager couldn't have been more responsive! We'd love to return!

Just what we expected!
We wanted a comfortable and updated home in a good neighborhood (close to what we needed) in Santa Fe for 7 nights. It was a home away from home, and our host David was helpful and answered our questions promptly. Great indoor and outdoor spaces. Santa Fe getaway
We had a wonderful time at this property! The space was perfect for our family of five. We loved the down time options (football, guitar, fire pit, etc). The kitchen is awesome, and the outdoor spaces were outstanding. The home and the neighborhood were authentically Santa Fe. The nearby coffee shops were welcome starters for each day, and the central proximity to jogging/ biking trails was very appreciated. We highly recommend this property!

The best experience you'll have with your family!
We always wanted to visit the original Meow Wolf in Santa Fe. This time, we are a family of 4 (kids 7 and 9) plus my mom. I needed 3 bedrooms for me/my husband, my mom, kids. There were not so many houses that had 3 bedrooms houses that weekend. But this house stands out the most!! Beautifully decorated, functional, and has a lot of fun features as you see in pictures on the website. I knew we wanted to stay in this house because of the kids room! Bunk bed, own TV, board games, hacky sack..."It was the BEST room we were staying in!!!!" my kids said. I am glad they had so much fun. Also, my daughter loved a "she shed" in the backyard. She brought her iPad in there and was doing yoga. It was cute. This house has EVERYTHING you possibly needed. The kitchen equipments were legit, all the spices were there, Bluetooth speaker, yoga mats, etc. My whole family loved this property!!

Great, clean and very nice casa!
The home was very quaint and very nice for our family. We have ample space to spread out, work and play! The backyard was lovely in the morning and evening and the house remained cool throughout the day (even when we turned off the AC). The location is perfect - close to the highway and to Whole Foods. Overall we loved our stay and proximity to different attractions.
