Great breakfast and kickback. Although the quality of food/drink is pretty low. I would have liked higher quality but lass quantity. The staff was very friendly. Seems silly to have to pay $30/day to park. We parked for free around town instead. The room was nice and quiet! The bed and pillows were comfortable. Love that they allow pets.

Good solid four stars. It just didn’t have the extras of a five star hotel. The staff was nice and did their jobs but they didn’t go above and beyond. The soaking tub is wonderful. The food was better than most.

It was a great holiday week place to rendezvous with family in town and out of town visitors ages 8 to 70. We even made it into the rooftop pool and hot tub on a gorgeous winter day. The front desk, valet and restaurant staff were so attentive and friendly. Nice common areas to rest or socialize too.

We absolutely loved this place and will definitely stay again if we're ever back in Santa Fe. All of the staff were very nice, helpful, and even thoughtful. I mentioned when checking in to the assistant manager that I want feeling well and was ready to go lay down. The next day, he came looking for me at the breakfast to check on me and see how i how I was doing . The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was within walking distance to the town Square, and a short drive to ski santa fe. It was a great stay overall.

Staff is absolutely amazing! From when you drive up. Management was amazing, so guessing if they are happy and positive the staff feels appreciated so it makes for excellent service. We have stayed here 3 times and will keep staying here as it is one of our favorite places!
