Summary:
This three bedroom, two bathroom home rests in the South Capitol District of Santa Fe. It’s close proximity to some of the the city’s most enticing sites and destinations, including the galleries of Canyon road, local hiking trails and the Plaza leaves little to be desired.
The Space:
The home features wood vigas, tile and carpet floors, two bedrooms upstairs with queen beds, as well as a bedroom on the main floor with en suite bathroom, an enclosed office with sound dampening padding, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Central air and heat keep the home comfortable.
Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and free private parking are available for the most carefree stay possible.
The master bedroom is upstairs and equipped with a King size bed, reading chair, and ample closet space. The second bedroom (upstairs) and third bedroom (downstairs) both have a queen size bed and plenty of closet space as well.
Located in the highly desirable South Capitol District, you are within walking distance to a plethora of shops, restaurants, theaters, and experiences such as the local farmer’s market and free concerts in both the Railyard and Plaza.

Right around the corner are restaurants (Maria's, Paper Dosa, Clafoutis, Pyramid Cafe, Saigon and many others), a coffee shop (Dulce Capital), and Trader Joe's and the Rose Park are just a few minutes walking away.
The Railyard District (.5mi) is a large arts district with galleries, performance spaces, a cinema, restaurants & antique shops.

There are trails for every kind of hiker here; Some mere minutes up the hill from your casita (Atalaya Trail), and others further out of town.

Getting Around:
Once in town, getting around is easy. Downtown Santa Fe and the surrounding historic districts are compact and most conveniently traveled on foot. It's no wonder Santa Fe was voted one of America's Top Rated Walking Cities.
The Santa Fe Pickup Shuttle
Free shuttle service that starts and ends in front of the former New Mexico Film Museum (the Jean Cocteau Cinema) on Montezuma Avenue and runs counter-clockwise with various stops around downtown.

Other Things to Note:
The downstairs bedroom does not require going up or down any steps. The other two bedrooms are upstairs.
The landscaper comes every other Monday to clean up the driveway and courtyards.
The TV does not have traditional cable but is equipped with a Roku Player for you to stream your account on Hulu, Netflix, Etc.
Baby equipment is available on a first come first serve basis for an additional fee. We can provide more details if you are interested.
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis with an additional fee of $35/pet per night. You must reach out to us about your pet prior to making your reservation
