Cozy casita
I love the koi pond, the entry was leveled a bit higher but we rented a small suv that was perfect, the bed was amazingly comfortable to sleep on. Everything was clean, close to everything. I would recommend this casita.

Great hike to Canyon Road
Clean, neat with laundry and a quiet location, but I recommend the owner have a welcome book to explain how things work in the unit. There was only directions to restaurants and shops. Also we hiked to Canyon road along the river path and the Plaza (2 miles one way) but had to figure out the directions ourselves.

Santa Fe stay
This is a comfortable property for two people. The location is secluded up in the canyon and easily accessible to canyon and river trails. It is only a mile walk to the Tea House and the art work on Canyon Road. The kitchen is tiny but that is a good excuse to sample the many fine dining experiences in town. Patricia is a welcoming and responsive hostess.

Great place with beautiful views
Very nice casita with everything we needed except a liquid measuring cup, lol! The bed in the main bedroom was a dream- like sleeping on a cloud. Beautiful view of the mountains just a short walk away. No lights in the neighborhood at night so driving back was a bit of a challenge in the evening, but we truly enjoyed our stay! My wife hopes that the fruit left on the ground is put to good use and not gone to waste. Would recommend! Dog friendly a plus.

This property was perfect for my daughter and I who came to NM to see the Zozobra festival. It was tucked away in the foothills, quiet, well appointed and very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Find another vrbo
This property has no place to relax and enjoy being away from home. The listing claimed that the property was close to the Santa Fe plaza so if you think that 2 miles is close, it is close. The access is via a washed-out dirt road. The small living room contains a bed and very large hassock. The couch is low and very uncomfortable. It is two unequal steps from the bedroom to the bathroom and the kitchen is extremely small (read no counterspace). There exist no instructions for anything within the property including the outside areas. Probably the minimum vrbo requirements are met but I would stay in a hotel room before booking this place again. The property manager answers questions promptly.

Charming Casita
This was a nice property in a nice part of town. Ten minutes from historic downtown. Property manager was prompt with any questions. Kitchen was virtually unusable because it was so very small. There is no prep area or place to put dishes once you wash them. There is a nice grill outside but again no room in the kitchenette to prep anything. The bed was nice and shower was good. Great for those who eat out.

Meh……a few problems but stay was acceptable.
We enjoyed our stay but there were a few things all three of us found off putting. The backyard space is shared (with property manager/owner). The backyard space and bbq needed cleaning when we arrived and the space was never cleaned (unless we cleaned it ourselves). The TV and cable in common area inside was complicated and there were no instructions (even tho all 3 of us are tech savvy) so we ended up streaming on one of our small computer screens in the evening. Finally, the kitchen is very small which still worked for us but we really limited our use bc it felt more comfortable and easier to go out. There was no dish rack to use when we washed dishes and there was a big leak under the kitchen sink that needed attention. All of these things made cooking meals even less appealing. The last negative thing i’ll say is the space out front near the pond is NOT shared space and leads directly to the property manager’s residence so we never felt comfortable using it. The pond and space outside were the main reasons we chose this property and frankly, we felt mislead because it was not what we had hoped. The best parts of the rental was there was ample parking, AC worked, it was cozy enough and we felt safe because the neighborhood was quiet and fairly proximal to everything we wanted.

Peaceful get away
I enjoyed a great week surrounded by quiet, peaceful nature but within a 5 min drive of town. Walks for the dog were a block over in a local part, in town along the river and up the street in local hiking trails. Bedroom was quiet, shower was roomy. Views of the blue western sky outside near a water feature. Enclosed outside dining area was great for some sun as well.

Santa Fe Serenity
Patricia was so easy to connect with and very responsive to any questions we had. Besides the Casita being a sweet living space, the neighborhood was very quiet. What was great and unexpected was the walkability of the road in the neighborhood (Cerro Gordo). We were able to walk for several miles, then ended up at the Dale Ball Trails...a beautiful place for a day hike. The Koi Pond and the seating bench were a perfect reading spot. And, a large outdoor couch under a porch roof made a great venue for an afternoon siesta. The downtown was a little under 2 miles, but having a rental car gave us flexibility. Our four day stay seemed like a week because we came away feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Thank you Patricia.

Lovely place and location!
We absolutely loved the location of this VRBO. Close to lots of trailheads with terrific hiking and close to Canyon Road and historic Santa Fe. Patricia was a very responsive host, quick to show us how to use the grill and encouraging of our use of the front patio and back yard. What we didn't know from the listing was that her house was connected to the rental, that it shared a wall. So the owner, while never intrusive or overbearing, was nevertheless right there. It proved unfortunate our first night when we went to a friend's house and our dog decided to bark (first time, strange place) and bother the owner. There were also workers there nearly every day. And although they were lovely people, we felt a little cramped by the constant presence of noise and people. That said, it's a great place, extraordinarily well located and well appointed. And it has air conditioning! A great thing in this time of climate change. We would highly recommend this casita, keeping in mind that the kitchenette is literally that (fine with us!) and the owner lives next door.

Elegant Eastside hideaway
This is a lovely property that's perfect for relaxing--there's a koi pond outside, a comfy day bed in the living room that's piled with pillows, and lots of places to just sit down and take it easy. It's tastefully decorated, and the bed is very comfortable, and you're just minutes away from the Santa Fe Plaza. The kitchen is well-appointed with an induction stove, a Breville oven, and a microwave, but the space is tight, and would be tough to cook dinner here, but given all the excellent restaurants in Santa Fe, there's probably no need. All in all, a lovely place to stay that we enjoyed tremendously!
