Villa Violet is a beautiful property, fully renovated, located near the market of Es Canar, less than 3 km from the beaches of Cala Martina, Cala Nova and Es Canar Beach.
Santa Eulalia is only 3 km away, while Ibiza town is 20 km far.
This villa is perfectly positioned with all kinds of tourist attractions, restaurants, shops at hand.

Villa Violet develops on two floors, it has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms for a total of 10 sleeps.

On the ground floor it features at the entrance a dining table for 6 people, sofa and fireplace.
Open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric cooker, fridge, American coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer, etc.

Laundry with washing machine.

The bedrooms spread over two levels, ground floor and first floor.
Outside the villa boasts a terrace with chairs and umbrella, amazing countryside views, beautiful pool, pergola that gives shade to all the tables and even a fish pond.

BBQ seating area at the rear of the house with a charcoal barbeque.
Indoor Barbecue lounge area with tables for 20 people near the pool with bathroom complete with shower.

Finally, the villa comes complete with a gym room equipped with spinning bike, tread mill, elliptical, weights (bench + dumbbells).

Rental rules:
A 50% deposit is due upon confirmation, the remaining balance has to be paid within 60 days prior to arrival date.

Extras with charges: extra bed € 20 per day, cot € 10 per day, high chair € 5,00 per booking, reservations fee € 30.
Final cleaning: €300 to pay upon arrival
Minimum stay:  7 nights arrival saturday
Check in: From 16:00 - Check out: Within 10:00 (Late arrival, from 8:00 pm € 100).
