Can Caseres is a charming old farmhouse beautifully restored retaining the rustic charm of the traditional Ibicencan architecture (wooden ceilings and terracota floors throughout) plus guest cottage, peacefully located in unspoilt countryside between the main Santa Eulalia – San Carlos road and the coast. This is a large property of some 100,000 square metres (25 acres) comprising pine woods and cultivated land with olive, carob, almond and other fruit trees.
The lovely beaches of Cala Pada, S’Argamassa and Cala Martina, just three and a half kilometres away, are within walking distance and there are many other pretty bays such as Es Canar, Cala Nova, Cala Llenya and Cala Mastella all within easy driving distance.
The cosmopolitan village of Santa Eulalia, which still retains its village feeling, is just 4 kilometre away. There you will find a good shopping centre, banks, a post office, supermarkets, chemists and lots of bars and restaurants.
The villa, divided into two separate properties (rented as one), can accommodate 14 people and is the perfect choice for two famílies or groups of friends.
Outside there is a large sun terrace with views over the surrounding countryside, with forests and mountains in the distance, a well maintained garden and a lovely 11 x 5,5m swimming pool with a georgeous waterfall (ecological treatment of pool water with saline electrolysis), parasols, 14 sun loungers and outdoor shower. There is also a paved patio with a pergola and BBQ.
Outdoor Facilities: Table tennis. Private Multisport court (1.100m2) to play Football, tennis and basket.

Great destination for a week in October
We spent a week in October at Can Caseres. Perfect place for two families sharing as there are two self contained houses. Extensive grounds to keep children happy and large pool which we were able to swim in - although it was quite cold. Really enjoyed the secluded location but it was in easily driving distance to Santa Eularia and surrounding beaches. Miguel the owner is lovely and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was very responsive if we had any questions and helped with local restaurant and beach recommendations. The houses and property are very well maintained. Great holiday.

Amazing house for holidays with big group
The house is super comfortable and very spacious! The rooms and kitchen are well equipped with everything you need for the holidays! The communication with Miguel was on point and he was very flexible when possible with the check in times. Ein sehr schönes Domizil, abseits gelegen mit erstaunlich viel Grün und vielen liebevollen Details. Für Großfamilien und für Freundesgruppen geeignet. Mit dem Auto ist man jedoch sehr schnell mitten im Geschehen. Wir würden erneut gerne hinfahren!

We hebben genoten!
Eind april 2019 met 4 gezinnen in deze topaccommodatie verbleven. Het was prettig dat we de gezinnen konden verspreiden over 2 verschillende huizen. De huizen zijn goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. We kregen een warm welkom van de eigenaar en zijn vrouw. Toen er iets aan de hand was, konden we de eigenaar goed bereiken en hielp hij ons direct het probleem op te lossen. Het landgoed om de huizen heen is prachtig. We hebben veel bij het zwembad gelegen op de fijne ligbedden. De kinderen waren vaak aan het voetballen op het eigen voetbalveld. Al met al een topvakantie gehad. We raden iedereen dit huis aan!
