A 114 m² annex near the pool includes a complete outdoor bathroom, a small gym area, and a living room with satellite TV, perfect for entertainment and relaxation.

Situated on an enclosed estate of nearly 30,000 m², this house offers not only privacy but also the opportunity to explore its own agricultural operation.

The upper floor houses two double rooms. The first has a 180x200 cm bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower, while the second offers a similar bed, which can be separated into two singles upon request. Both rooms enjoy air conditioning. An additional bathroom with a bathtub and a terrace complete this floor.

The ground floor is equally impressive with three double rooms. Two of them include beds of 180x200 cm and 160x200 cm respectively, each with its own en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The third room has two single beds and air conditioning, ideal for guests or children. There are also two living rooms, one with satellite TV, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. An additional bathroom with a shower and a laundry room complete this floor.

The outdoor terrace on the ground floor is a true paradise for outdoor entertainment, with a dining area for 12 people and a lounge area. An adjoining bar to the house offers billiards and darts, as well as a refrigerator and sink.

The 20x13.5 meter pool, with beach-like access and an outdoor shower, is ideal for relaxing under the sun, with sun loungers for 10 people and two Balinese beds.
