Upon arrival, the hotel greeter Allison advised us they we did not have a reservation or paid booking. We than showed her a copy of receipt and paid booking from 2 months ago. Expedia called the hotel and they finally gave us a key. 30 minutes later Alison called our phone demanding payment.No hot water and ac is more like a fan. Not sure if the hotel was trying to scam us since we our foreigners to them. Save the hassle and book somewhere else
