The setup was perfect in the suite: two separate bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchenette. That can be difficult to find at a reasonable price. They have done a very nice job of updating an older, quaint property so that it feels very comfortable. Not a lot of noise. No bedbugs. Nice staff. I'd be happy to stay there again.

Maids were prompt and plenty of clean towels and nice complimentary liquid soap & lotion was good quality. A few complimentary coffee, microwave fridge. Great shower, hot water, and cotton high quality sheets and pillows, friendly staff...We had two private room with locking doors with the bathroom dividing the two bedrooms. This was a very comfortable room and the place was close to entertainment, food and shopping! We walked to the boardwalk it took 7 minutes. Very good quiet location. We were very happy with this stay. We will book reservations here again!

Our room was much nicer than expected. Staff was very helpful in recommending where to eat and how to get there. Parking was always available. They even provided ear plugs for street noise but we didn't need them and slept peacefully.

The property was clean , room clean , cheap on the coffee , 1 coffee pod ,the owner or the manager said to me when arrived early that I could park on property until room is ready . Which was great . The board walk is a 5 min walk away . I went back to see if the room was ready as the owner ,manager stated he would let me in the room early as soon as it was ready . So I went back 2 hrs before check in , room was ready although the manager , owner wanted 30.00 for early arrival . He never told me that or I would not have wasted time . I understand though. It’s all about money . What he doesn’t realize it’s about repeat business. Also a huge homeless encampment in front of the motel . The price is right , decent stay . Clean inside the room . Location is good . Stay there again unless he reads my honest review and doesn’t let me stay there lol
