The hotel is about 8 or 9 blocks from main plaza area. It is clean, no English spoken at front desk though, but we got by.

Ordinaire.
Alentours très bruyants, salle de bain ok, lits ok, service ordinaire. Nous avons surtout été décus de la réception qui nous a exigé un pourboire de 17% au check out simplement pour nous avoir débarré la porte la nuit...même si l'hotel affiche une réception ouverte 24/24. À notre arrivée, on nous avait aussi informé de la possibilité de payer par interac, mais au départ ce n'était soudainement plus possible, même si l'on voyait pourtant la machine à interac du comptoir. Nous avons donc dû aller retirer de l'argent à 2h du matin et cela nous a mis en retard pour notre vol.

Llegué a las 5:40 am y me dijeron que como no me había presentado a la hora de check in habían tomado mi reserva. Al encargado de ese turno le hice ver que una reserva comprende desde el check in hasta el mediodia y por lo tanto me encontraba dentro de mi día reservado. Buscó una solución y me dieron una habitación con dos camas (una doble), pero para el segundo día me dieron una habitación mejor, con cama matrimonial. El desayuno nunca lo probé porque me levanto siempre tarde. No tienen ascensor por lo que hay que subir la maleta a punta de fuerza. Las instalaciones del hotel son amplias y limpias. Se ve un poco antiguo. Los televisores son bastantes antiguos y el wifi no llega bien a la habitación. Estuve hospedado en la segunda planta. Debería ser más económico.
