This is a very noisy hotel. Doors slamming, people coming and going at all hours The fridge in my room was broken, and they replaced it very quickly My friends room’s air conditioner/heater didn’t work, the bathroom door didn’t close The rooms overlook the parking lot-not a great situation I will not stay here again

This is very close to freeway and main street so trafic noise is concern. I have to chage rolm to back side. Reception area coffee was cold and bad. Breakfast is continental. Still ok. Staff was friendly. Hot tub and pool was warm. Overall just ok to stay.

The managers were awesome. We only had to call them and they were there within five minutes. The breakfast and coffee were great. Beds were a little hard, but other than that it was great.

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were kinda hard, which isnt the worst thing in the world. And i wish they had a better breakfast. The make your own waffles was nice, but i wish they offered eggs and real sasauge, all thwy has was potateos and veagan sausage which was not labled. But besides that, we will probably use this hotel for every santa cruz trip we take from now on!

At 3am the ceiling started pouring water from the ceiling. We woke up to a waterfall dripping over our suitcase and could not access the bathroom without water pouring on us. We immediately got up and went to the front desk. The overnight person was rude and said we had to either leave or deal with the room because they were booked and didn’t have another room. I wanted her to call the MOD to ensure we received a refund on the room for the inconvenience but she said she couldn’t do anything. She accused me of being drunk or on drug's as i was there at 3am! Really lady! I was in town for one night for a work function. We had to leave and drive home 2 1/2 hours home and left with the worst experience i have ever had. Called back in the morning and no response back as no-one can help as they say they are not in charge!!! Room was outdated and carpet was pulling up, stains on carpet and old amenities. The bed was so hard i already had a hard time sleeping from the bed. You can hear the people upstairs flushing toilets, using sink and in the shower. They were up at 3 am in the bathtub or shower is why the walls and ceiling we’re pouring water down. Run down

It’s my first time to be in Comfort in Santa Cruz I was amazed about how clean it was. That’s mean the stuff are doing a grade job, also very friendly because I asked them about where to go to visit in Santa Cruz and they were very friendly talking to me. The breakfast was amazing also very clean buffet. Thumbs up to all stuff🙏
