From arrival to departure, it was a pleasure to stay at Casa Causilla. Beginning with guava juice brought to me when I checked in, to offers to call a taxi for me to transport me to the bus station when leaving, Miguel and his wife wanted to make sure my stay in Santa Clara would go well. The room is very comfortable and sheets and pillows are of a high quality. Excellent shower with abundant hot water and pressure. Hair dryer much appreciated! The location is within walking distance to most points of interest. Within a family context, nonetheless you have maximum privacy at this casa as the room is located near the casa entrance—and you get a set of keys—with the family area down a long hallway, and at hand, if needed. Definitely one of the best, if not the best, of many casas I stayed in during 4 weeks in Cuba. Highly recommended.

Casa Causilla is conveniently located at walking distances from important streets, Parque Vidal and numerous parks, cultural sites, restaurants and shops. The house is kept clean and pleasant in its common and private areas both. The furniture, bathroom facilities, lighting and air conditioning are very good maintained well. As is the case with other casas in which I have stayed, the wifi access was not consistent as expected, requiring me to repeatedly ask Miguel (homeowner) to provide access.

Excellent accueil de Miguel et Daylis, des hôtes au petit soin. La chambre est impeccable et spacieuse. L'herbergement est bien situé, à proximité du centre ville pour tout faire à pied. Dans le cadre d'une mésaventure sur place, ils nous ont montré que recevoir ne se limitait pas à faire la chambre, mais aussi à être présent auprès de leurs invités en cas de problème. Encore un grand merci à eux 2 pour leur accueil et leur soutien.

We couldn't find a better place than Casa Causilla. Thanks to the owner, Miguel, and his fun motor-taxi we had a great time even if it was raining. His attitude towards his guests is Casa Causilla's real plus, since he takes care of every need and request beyond every expectation. Highly recommended.

Beutifull accomodation with so helpfull, polite and nice owner of the Casa with so nice family. Great breakfast, really clean and modern bathroom and big beds. Great distance to historic center of Santa Clara. It was pleasure to be there. Fully recommended!
