Room was ready and there was a $25 check-in fee for 2 hours before 3 pm check-in. Additional fee made the motel 6 room go over $350 which was a minimalist room typical for the chain.

Well maintained property and very close walk to the beach. Only issue is I requested a later checkout and it was never noted to the cleaning staff.

Great location, walking distance to beach. Rooms were clean and updated. However, major drawback, I felt like I was sleeping ( or trying to) on the freeway. The windows were not double glazed, it was so loud in the room I thought I’d left the windows open. Hardly slept at all.

The front desk manager, Omar was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. He also informed me of my welcome gift, which was a pleasant surprise! What a great way to unwind with a bottle of wine! My room was clean and well maintained and I like the retro decor. Thank you Motel 6 family!
