I need of an update. The pictures are not the reality. The staff were very nice and the room was clean and good size. However, the facility is out of date and the area around is run down and a bit loud at night

I was hoping it was closer to the beach. I was very happy with our room ! And free upgrade!. Beds were very comfortable. Thought it was a cute place to stay. I would stay again.

I really enjoyed my time here! Huge room with a large bathroom, kitchenette, and sliding door access to the pool and jacuzzi. I also really appreciated the breakfast and happy hours spreads. I just wish I'd known about the construction, which was quite noisy.

My young daughter and I had a wonderful stay and will make a point to return again soon. Our room was spacious with a large fully functioning kitchen. The pool and hot tub were clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and hospitable and directed us next door to the neighboring hotel for DVD rentals and bicycle rentals. There was a nice continental breakfast and happy hour in the evening with wine and hot cider and cookies. We had a relaxing and oh so comfortable stay. 10/10 recommend.

Pluses of my stay are that the staff were super helpful and friendly, the breakfast was yummy, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The negative of my stay was just the location, it's on a busy road and what you don't see in the photos is that it's surrounded by concrete and road traffic. The walk to downtown is under a highway overpass and dark. Really poor walkability from this location, and it is not in fact on the harbor.

We had a wonderful stay! Not only was the room great, but the personnel truly made the experience. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and attentive. As an Expedia VIP, we were delighted by the special welcome gift, which was a lovely surprise. A special shout-out to the maintenance staff for their quick response to our last-minute crib request, and to the pool team for their great assistance. We absolutely plan on coming back.
