The room was in poor shape. The carpet was frayed, paint chipped, stains on carpet/bedding, furniture was chipped and falling apart. When we arrived, we immediately went downstairs and requested to cancel but the manager had already left and nobody was able to assist us. I did not want to walk on the carpet and my 2 year old son almost ate a "button" that was as missing from one of the stools. Definitely overly priced and I would consider this a rundown motel. Very disappointed and confused by all the positive reviews. I would price this at $150 max NOT the $330 we paid.

We had a great time at the Inn by the Harbor. The room was very nice and spacious and the pool was clean and a good size. The happy hour was a fun perk also. The staff were very friendly.

The room was so outdated and smelt of mold. The pics on the website made the place look like paradise however that was not the case once we saw it in person. I will say the customer service was good. Checking in was quick and painless. I just wish our bathroom didn’t flood and we were given a room that I saw on the website.

Front desk staff, and the breakfast setup staff were great. Rooms were clean and while we didn't use it the fact they had bikes was great. The location was perfect was our trip and we walked everywhere to explore the city. The property definitely is old and needs to be updated. The hot tub and pool were too dingy and old looking so we did not attempt to use it.
