Lovely property in fantastic location

We loved our stay here. We always stay in West Beach when we come to Santa Barbara and found this property to be perfect. It was easy to get in and out, the place was spotless, had what we needed to cook a couple of meals and was generally quiet and comfortable. The outdoor patio areas were lovely and my husband set up his “office” on the patio with the umbrella table. It was so peaceful and even though he had to work some, he still felt like he was on vacation. It was very easy to walk to the beach, loads of restaurants, State Street and of course, The Funk Zone. We would definitely stay here again.

It's a beautiful well maintained home, with plenty of privacy and a lovely outside dining patio. The specific parking spot was appreciated. We had a challenge with the tv...trying to use our netflix and prime accounts. Some written instructions could be helpful. Thanks!

Perfect for our short stay in Santa Barbara! Close enough to walk everywhere we wanted. Loved the small outdoor sitting areas, espresso, tvs, nice shower pressure, comfortable beds and even a pull-out couch. We loved eating at Toma's, Finney's, Brophy Bros and lunch tacos at Mony's.

Summer getaway with young kids

Our stay was better than expected and I had high expectations! The owners had everything we needed including a pack-n-play, beach towels, beach chairs, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/soap, etc. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you would need for an elaborate meal. The living room was larger than pictured too. The courtyard, the largest on the property I think, was wonderful for my 8 and 2 YO to play in the mornings and after the beach. We had a perfect Californian vacation in this property!
