Had a really comfortable stay. The room style is a little dated, but spacious. We had a separate kitchen, with hob oven full fridge freezer & microwave, lounge area, with separate bedroom & bathroom. I could easily forgive it being a bit dated, because they also give complimentary continental breakfast, complementary wine between 4.30 & 6pm and free use of pedal cycles, helmets & locks. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Excellent value in this location.

The exterior was quite cute and inviting. Nice large room with full kitchen. Check in staff very helpful - suggesting activities in area also. Light upscale continental breakfast was very good.

The staff was so friendly & helpful. The rooms are a little dated but clean. We had a suite which was very spacious & had kitchen, sm dining area & livingroom. The pool is nice but gym is very small no weights but the 4 machines they have are high quality. You must have your own peleton account in order to use bike. They had bikes to use free of charge which were nice cruisers & comfortable. Breakfast was fresh pastries, fruit, oatmeal & little yogurt cups. I would definitely stay here again. You get alot for the price you pay.

Perfect get away.
I thought the staff was excellent. Check in was a breeze. They offer awesome perks like breakfast, happy hour, and rental bikes to go around Santa Barbara, all for free. we even checked out some free DVDs to watch in the room. The room itself is the perfect middle ground between hotel and Airbnb. There was a kitchen and dining area, as well as a living room to relax in. It really was a great spot to stay. We'll definitely be coming back.

This is a well kept property with full kitchen suites and single rooms. Adequate pool and jacuzzi and several areas to sit and relax. Wine and light appetizers in evening. Breakfast simple but convenient. I was very happy with my stay.

A Short Visit to Santa Barbara
On our trip to Santa Barbara we stayed at Brisas del Mar. Room was very comfortable but a little dated. Our unit had a full kitchen so having a frig and microwave was really nice. The free breakfast was very convenient and was superior to what you'd get at other hotels (e.g., Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, etc). We traveled in/out of Santa Barbara via Amtrak so the location of the hotel a few blocks from the station was great. Only complaint is we could hear the people above us walking around in the evening when we were trying to fall asleep.
