Nice house near the sea
+ House as described, nearby airport did not bother us, close to supermarkets, easy and early check in with keysafe, comfortable beds, good sunshades - WiFi did not work for some days, contacted the agency, but no help. No basics (salt, pepper, soap, shower gel), house runs on salted water (not drinkable), maybe therefor doshwasher did not work properly

NO SOLUCIONARON LOS PROBLEMAS
Tuvimos un problema desagradable desde el primer día con el fregadero atascado. Con la mala higiene y mal olor que eso implica. Tardaron TRES días en venir a solucionarlo y nos encontramos con que la persona encargada de arreglarlo, no puede hacerlo porque se trata de un problema mucho más grave. Los propietarios no hicieron un buen mantenimiento de la casa y la fosa séptica estaba llena. Por eso se atascó el fregadero. Tuvo que venir un camión desde Mahón para vaciar la fosa séptica (esto se podría haber solucionado meses antes, dicho por los fontaneros) y tuvimos que aguantar los terribles olores. No pudimos utilizar la cocina durante los 4 primeros días de nuestra estancia porque no acudieron de inmediato a solucionar un problema que encima podrían haber evitado. Lo peor de todo es que se quieren quitar el problema de encima y nos acusan a nosotros de fraude. Llamamos a un número de teléfono más de 10 veces hasta que obtuvimos respuesta. La persona encargada de atender al cliente no podía ser más desagradable... y encima la agencia se quita el problema de encima por haber llamado al administrador de la propiedad para solucionar el problema y no a ellos. Cuando el teléfono que te facilitan es el del administrador de la propiedad sin darte más información. Una vergüenza de trato y atención al cliente.
