Great
The apartment is spacious and bright with a beautiful sea view from the balcony. Everything was as advertised and our host, Thomas, was responding very fast to every massage we have sent. Overall, it was a great stay at his property.

Modern, clean apartment conveniently located
This apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed, including extra towels, blankets and an equipped kitchen. The balcony was a plus with a perfect view of the beach and mountains. It is not right in the center of Cala Millor, but we didn’t want to be. Walking to the center is very feasible, but on our same street and block there was plenty of parking, as well as restaurants, bars, supermarkets and agencies for bicycle rental. The only thing that we struggled with was that the WiFi wasn’t great. Being from the US, we rely on WiFi in Europe as much as a possible as we make plans on where to go and what to do, and this one was slow. We didn’t try resetting the router for fear that the internet just wouldn’t come back. All in all though, it wasn’t a huge deal, especially if you’re someone that already has data/internet access without WiFi.

Was exactly as expected.
Clean, well equipped in a perfect location over looking the sea. Reasonably priced close to well known cheap supermarkets, bars and places to eat. We went out of season but still enjoyed our stay. Would certainly use again.

Schöne Urlaub.
In general die Wohnung ist gut aber: die Matratze und Schlafcouch war sehr unbequem. Kühlschrank funktioniert nicht richtig. Und noch eine Kleinigkeit, fehlt eine elektrische Grill. Es gab noch andere kleine Probleme, die Herr Muser jedoch schnell beseitigte. Bis nächstes Jahr.

Miserable Betreuung durch FeWo
Wir haben zwischen dem 20. März 2024 und dem 4. April 2024 diese Ferienwohnung in Cala Millor auf Mallorca gemietet. Am Abend des 20. März 2024 haben wir die Wohnung von einer Kontaktperson übernommen. Direkt vor dem Balkon der Wohnung befand sich eine riesige Baustelle eines Hotelkompexes. Vorgängig wurden wir an keiner Stelle und von niemandem auf diese Baustelle und auf mögliche, damit in Zusammenhang stehende, Lärmemissionen hingewiesen. Die Griff der Türe zum Vorraum, in welchem die Waschmaschine stand war defekt. Er wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht geflickt. Zugang zu diesem Raum hatten wir nur dank einer Eigenimprovisation (Schnur). Am nächsten Morgen, Donnerstag, der 21. März, um 7 Uhr wurden wir durch massiven Baulärm geweckt. Der Lärm dauerte bis 19 Uhr. Am folgenden Morgen, also am 22. März 2024, ab 7 Uhr, also am Freitag, hatten wir den ganzen Tag das gleiche Spiel. Massiver, ständiger Baustellenlärm. Der Balkon war deshalb unbenutzbar. Man konnte nicht einmal miteinander sprechen, geschweige denn sich dort ausruhen. Deshalb habe ich noch am 22. März 2024 per Chat Kontakt mit dem Beschwerdedienst von FeWo (Support Vrbo) aufgenommen. Abends um 17 Uhr des 22. März 2024 erhielt ich dann ein Mail des Supports mit der Aufforderung, Beweismittel einzureichen.

Séjour 1 semaine Cala millor
Bonne situation géographique, photos identiques à celles de l annonce. Le ménage facturé 85€ ... Très cher... Il y avait des poils pubiens et des cheveux dans la douche, les grilles pains si nous voulions les utiliser il fallait d abord les nettoyer avant. Le porte savon de la douche était complètement desserrer, il fallait faire attention le temps de la douche sinon on pouvait éponger le sol car l eau passait. Aucun état des lieux ni a l arrivée ni a la sortie, les clefs a récupérer au supermarché à côté... Les seules réponses du propriétaire a mes messages étaient pour me dire comment payer le 1er versement, puis un rappel de paiement bien avant la date "butoire" et le jour de l arrivée qu'il fallait régler 85€ en espèces ... alors que j'avais envoyé plusieurs messages auxquels j'attends toujours une réponse. Dommage vraiment !!

Bis auf den direkten Strandabschnitt war die Lage sehr gut. Der Zugang zum Meer war etwas zu steinig in diesem Bereich. Angenehmere Bereiche waren jedoch in der Nähe (ca. 200-300m) vorhanden.

Lage der Wohnung perfekt, Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung, allerdings müsste einiges überarbeitet werden. Bereits im Juli 2019 hat ein Nutzer div. Mängel festgestellt, die leider bis heute nicht behoben sind. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft leider nicht sehr sauber, Tische, Arbeitsplatte der Küche usw. waren klebrig. Haben Kontakt mit Verwalter aufgenommen, leider hat er sich nur telefonisch gemeldet und sich die Misstände vor Ort nicht angeschaut..... schade, wir hätten dies gerne persönlich geklärt.

Excellent séjour
L'appartement de thomas est exactement comme dans le descriptif et les photos. Il est très bien situé avec vue sur la mer et boutiques en bas. Thomas a été très réactif pour la remise des clés. Seul bémol, nous n'avions pas compris que les 85 euros était pour le ménage de fin de séjour , nous pensions que s'était une caution, mais franchement vu l'état de propreté de l'appartement en arrivant cela les vaut bien car tout est nickel. Je conseille.

Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage mit durektem Meerblick
Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern für eine knappe Woche vor Ort. Die Wohnung ist modern und hell eingerichtet. Zwei der vier Betten sind im Wohnzimmer auf der Ausziehcouch. Küche klein, aber fein. Es fehlte an nichts. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es nachts ruhig. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist super. Die Übergabe durch Manuela verlief pünktlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Jeder mit normalen Ansprüchen wird sich wohl fühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Appartement mit sehr guter Ausstattung
Wir waren eine Woche in diesem schönen Appartement und haben nichts vermisst. Schon der Empfang durch Manuela war super freundlich und absolut reibungslos.Sogar selbstgemachte Marmelade, Zitronen aus Mallorca und 1-2 Getränke standen zum Empfang bereit. Vielen Dank dafür! Das Appartement hat eine tolle Aussicht auf's Meer und ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Man ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten in der Fußgängerzone und mit dem Auto schnell in den umliegenden Orten, Buchten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir würden dieses Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen! Vielen Dank für eine wunderschöne Woche...
