Villa Kiku Ibiza: Excellent location and value

A totally redecorated, light and spacious villa just a few minutes drive from all the hot spots of Ibiza such as the beaches and night life. Supermarkets are within walking distance.

Chill out in the pool or the Bali style garden beds, fire up the BBQ, work on your tan in one of the many sun decks. Have a good laugh with your friends around the huge wooden terrace table or simply relax on your own in one of the other smaller terraces.

This villa is perfect for groups of friends and families.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the entire villa and garden / pool from two small storage rooms, one inside and one outside. Also, the garage is not available but there is plenty of parking space on the property and the street in front.

GUEST INTERACTION
I really like sharing all the things I love about Ibiza with guests coming being the classic must go to places but also any new additions. The best way to stay in contact is via WhatsApp, I will be available from 09 - 21 hrs. unless in case of an emergency

OTHER THINGS TO NOTICE
I always recommend that you bring as few valuable with you to Ibiza as possible, do not be concerned but be aware. There is a big nice safety box installed in the villa, and an alarm. Please make sure to always lock the house completely, use the safe and turn on the alarm. I do not take responsibility for the loss of valuables.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This is really one of the best areas you can stay, very close by everything, the most important beaches and night- and beach clubs. It is easy getting to and from the villa, and you can walk to a number of groceries.

GETTING AROUND
It is always convenient to have a car but the villa is easy to find taxies is a good addition though you should expect waiting times of some 30 minutes during the peak season. Alternatively you can go for a private driver especially when traveling as a big group.
During your stay at this villa, you're just a quick walk from Ibiza Club de Campo. Free WiFi and a private pool are available in the villa.
