VIVIENDA PERFECTA CERCA DE IBIZA CENTRO, DE PLAYA DE BOSSA Y DEL AEROPUERTO. Tan sólo a 5 minutos en coche.
Sólo a 200 metros se encuentran restaurantes, bares, parada de autobus, librerías, panadería, peluquería, supermercados (Mercadona, Erosky y supers locales), a 3 minutos en coche o 10 andando.

También muy cercana de los centros comerciales, bares y clubs (HÏ, Ushuaia, Sankeys, Bora Bora).

La Villa está a tan solo 7 minutos en coche del aeropuerto, Ses Salines, Playa den Bossa, Centro de Ibiza. Una de las mejores localizaciones de la isla. Situada en un barrio tranquilo de chalets y villas.
