The hotel was in an excellent location, walking distance to the clubs and bars you can go outside to the beach easy access. We got the all inclusive and the food was below average also the drinks were a joke the bar that served good drinks were not part of the all inclusive so basically You still had to pay

Solid for the price, wouldn’t stay again
Picked it for the price, so I probably can’t complain, but overall it was a pretty miserable stay. I’ll start with the one big pro, which is close proximity to the airport (15 minutes) and walkable proximity to Ibiza nightlife, which saved us from spending on taxis. For the cons- Our room door and windows were wide open when we got there which was weird and didn’t feel super secure. Our AC wasn’t working upon check-in (rooms require doors to be closed and the card in the slot for AC to function. despite doing this AC still didn’t work). We asked for a fan or a new room and the hotel staff gave a firm no to both, but offered to send a technician who never showed up. The room itself was pretty rundown and dirty (sand on the floors, moldy dated bathroom, terrible caved-in mattresses) but again, this was the best deal in the area so I got what I paid for. To round things out, we walked in with a friend (literally one) to hang out in our room before going out at night, which is apparently not allowed and were told we could pay 80€ if we wanted to bring them in, otherwise they had to leave. While I’ve never before been told by hotel staff who I can bring back to my hotel room, apparently this policy is pretty standard in Ibiza hotels, but was never communicated to us. In addition to this glaring communication error, the staff was super rude and constantly berating us for breaking rules we didn’t know existed, making for a really stressful and unenjoyable stay.

I booked a room with a balcony, excited to enjoy the views, but upon arrival, I was given a room without one. When I brought this to the hotel’s attention, I was met with indifference. There was no attempt to rectify the situation, no offer to move me to the correct room, and no adjustment made to reflect the difference in rate. Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. I expected much better and won’t be returning.

We had two rooms for our family. We had to move each room over 2 days to get rooms that we could stay in. First we rented superior rooms. The website showed them as top floor rooms with balcony’s and views. We actually got put into dungeon rooms in the back of the building. The first room was invested with bugs. They moved us to a top floor room which was much better. The air conditioner did not work in the second room. I told the front desk in the morning before we left. We were gone all day and nothing was done until we returned 8 hrs later. They moved us to another room where the AC worked. In addition, do not get the All inclusive package. You cannot even get ice or water with it. Plus the all inclusive bars are only open at certain times and the nice bar is a pay bar only. The beach bar is independent and not included. I would not recommend it. I think there is better resorts for the money in Ibiza.

I really enjoyed this property! We opted to not do the all inclusive option since we had a couple dinner reservations and other activities, but if staying on the property for most of your time, it is a good option. The location is right next to the Hard Rock Hotel and Ushuaia so it is a super easy walk to either if you are looking for a pool party! The Fergus is a much cheaper option than those other big hotels though so it was the best of both worlds. I enjoyed the large buffet breakfast as it had many options. The staff was super helpful and helped us get some discounted tickets to a pool party. It can be a little noisy since it is right near the airport, but it wasn't too bad. If you walk down the beach there are some cute restaurants to try. The rooms were slightly outdated, but we didn't spend much time in them so we were not bothered. Overall, this was a cute hotel and I would stay here again.
