Located two minutes by car from San Lorenzo de Balafia, a small town in the north of the island of Ibiza. A quiet place, ideal to rest and to enjoy just five minutes by car from the beautiful Calas de Benirras and the Port of San Miguel. Its architecture is typical of an old Ibizan house, with whitewashed walls and sabina ceilings. The interior of the house was completely renovated in 2016 and the exteriors have been made new in 2017.
It has all kinds of services and facilities: swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, garden, barbecue, internet, wifi, television, air conditioning, fireplace, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and iron. Cleaning twice a week and linen are included in the price.
It is perfect for 8 adults to occupy since it has four spacious rooms, three with double beds (two of them "KING") and one with two single beds.
However, up to 9 people can fit since one of the two dining rooms has a sofa bed.
Likewise, the house has two dining rooms, two interior and one exterior bathrooms, and a kitchen with an office area to eat.
Outside, there is a large private garden with swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, barbecue, pergola, Balinese bed and sun loungers.
It is an ideal house for families with children or for groups of friends who want tranquility, privacy and comfort.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be close to Cueva Can Marca. An outdoor pool and a spa tub are available. The cottage includes amenities such as a private pool and a kitchen.

Beautiful house - pure bliss...
Fabulous house, very traditional Spanish style well maintained & set in a lovely rural location. The outside space is stunning and relaxing. Very peaceful & loved the location. It is very well equipped & spacious. Loved relaxing outside, bbqs, hot tub - we didn't use the pizza oven but intend to book again so need to leave something for next time. Having bikes was great too, to explore the countryside. Montse & Pepe were extremely helpful & informative to help us with whatever we needed. One of the best restaurants is located nearby too. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely be rebooking ourselves.

The main asset of the house is the outside, pool area, garden and green surroundings.
As the weather was bad we did not have much use for the pool etc. The housecwas thouroughly clean with good heating and satellite TV and wifi. It is an Ibiza style house not exactly a finca but with the same atmosphere. Not very cool that is. But stil cosy and comfy.

Absolutely amazing
We were with 7 girls and spend 3 nights in this beautiful house. Super clean , enough showers (3 in total) and great kitchen equipment. The pool is the eye catcher and the beds surrounding complets the comfort we were looking for. The owner provided us with a full fridge at arrival. Definitely going to book this great accommodation again next year!

Wonderful villa and Super host
Montse is the best host we have ever met. The property is very charming with a beautiful view on the landscape. Nice swimming pool and great place to have launches and diners on the terrace. Everything was perfect. Montse organized our stay with a lot of nice attentions, including fruits and food in the kitchen the day of our arrival, great advices about restaurant and beaches etc.. We enjoyed our stay a lot. We'll be back !
