Basic and a little worn around the edges are good descriptors for this property. The highlight would have to be the proximity to a fairly quiet beach.

Perfect weekend getaway
It was amazing to be able to stay on the island once again. The hard work everyone has put in after Ian is awe inspiring and heart warming. We loved our stay and look forward to return time and time again. We love sanibel and the ease of the signal inn was wonderful from start to finish. Already planning our next trip! Clean, comfortable and loved the beach access for morning walks and sunsets. It was perfect. Thank you for such a great trip experience.
