Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast had a variety. Bath towels were thread wore. Tub facet dripped. A new open in the bedside lamp so it kept flickering. Bulbs missing in another lamp. Charging outlets on lamps did not work. Entertainment center very wore (? Dog chewed). Was NOT worth the cost.

When I booked my room I told them I needed a5 am shuttle to the airport. When I checked in I mentioned the 5 am shuttle again and was told no problem be down here in the lobby by 4:50 am I was there about 4:35 am to be told the shuttle was full. I had to pay a private guy who was “ by coincidence” there with a mini van 20.00 for a trip to the airport.

From a leaky air conditioner to a chirping smoke detector that they couldn't seem to fix and fixtures that were not attached to the wall in the shower this is not a nice hotel. The staff was friendly and breakfast was passable, was there for work so it is what it is but would not bring my family here to walk around on the soggy carpet from the AC leak.

When we checked in they asked if we needed shuttle service to the airport. Then I explained our flight left at 6:20am and the shuttle service didn’t start until 5 and I was afraid that wouldn’t give us enough time, the shuttle driver was there, overheard me and offered to take us at the time we needed. When we agreed on the leave time, she told us to be downstairs 15 minutes earlier because she was going to start breakfast early so we could eat before we went. I’m talking 2 hours early for breakfast. She said she hated to see people check out and start their day without eating first. Absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend. They went way beyond expectations.
