**Please note before booking** There is space for up to 5 cars (Depending on size) There is no street parking allowed or available. 2 cars can fit in the garage and 2-3 in the driveway depending on size. **The home is on a steep incline and lower-set vehicles may hit the concrete. Please plan accordingly.

Things to note:


-The nightly price is good for up to 20 people. Any amount over 20 (Adults or kids, visitors or nightly guests) are an additional $50 per person, per day.

-There is only parking for up to 5 vehicles. There is no street parking or additional parking available. (Steep incline, lower set vehicles are not suitable)

-We do not allow ANY events. Corporate retreats are OK.

-A rental contract is required to be read over and signed upon reservation.

-We do not provide propane so please bring your own or use one of our tanks to fill up in town.

-The ice maker is not provided with booking. Please plan accordingly.

-At the end of your stay we have a list of check-out instructions for you to follow before departure. If you would like to opt out of this we can have the cleaners do the checkout instructions for $100. Please give at least 48 hour notice.

-There are 2 security cameras on the property. One is located above the garage and the second in the backyard overlooking the hot tub area. These are not to be unplugged for any reason.
