The hotel was clean, quiet, and had a beautiful view of the lake right outside the breakfast eating area. There is really no dining options around the area, which was frustrating. However, the stay itself was pleasant. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly.

All was great except someones choice of desk chairs. I assume they are similiar in all rooms. I am referring to the green desk chair in room 313. Hard chair, heavy, and very uncomfortable to sit in, if not on the bed for a long period. My suggestion is to replace. Staff was great.

Nice Place but we got shafted
Was a business trip to update our corporate filings. The stay was extended twice. The first time we went from a Comfort Inn to the Fairfield Port Clinton, Ohio. The second extension at Fairfield the agent told us there was a better rate for our longer stay, but she could not get it to us. Very unprofessional and rude. Nothing like pointing out where they are sticking you before they stick you.

Great patio behind the hotel with full Lake Erie views. Lots of chairs and benches. I enjoyed my breakfast in the company of a seagull. Yes, it was begging for food, but it was hilarious and delightful.

Everything was great. Clean rooms shower water pressure fantastic and plenty of hot water night and next morning. Would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was great tasting and plenty of choices. Staff very friendly.
