Boathouse on the water with indoor boat slip and lift, in picture perfect community with a view of Cedar Point.  First floor living area and kitchen combo, with a second-floor bedroom that provides a queen bed, twin bunk bed and futon.  The indoor boat slip fits a 10 x 33 boat, equipped with a 15,000-pound boat lift.  

Close to all the great restaurants, bars, and shops in downtown Sandusky, including the ferries to Put-in-Bay and Kelley's Island.

Great property
The property was very enjoyable. Conveniently located near Cedar Point and other entertainment venues. A good variety of restaurants close by. The one amazing feature was the opportunity to have our boat on site in the boat garage. The only down fall of the property is the ability to cook. There is a full size refrigerator, Keurig, air fryer and microwave for use. However does limit you to what can be made. Overall the property gets a A++ and we'll definitely will be back.
