The spacious open floor plan includes a true gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and ample space, flowing seamlessly into the dining and living room areas. Up to eight people can be accommodated in the two bedrooms and one additional sleeping area. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second has two sets of twin bunks. The additional sleeping area has another set of twin bunk beds.
Two full bathrooms with tub/shower combinations ensure showers are available for all. There's also a handy powder room on the main floor. Plush linens and towels are provided for your stay.
Even though the snow may be falling, you shouldn't have any problem navigating in the area. Both the roads in the neighborhood and the driveway to the house are heated!
Just minutes from Selkirk Chalet, you'll find skiing and snowboarding at Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort. In fact, from the end of the driveway, you can ski right to the resort! Whether you're hitting the slopes or enjoying snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, or snowmobiling, the snowy season offers a variety of wonderful ways to enjoy the great outdoors.

In summer, in addition to activities in the Schweitzer area, you're just minutes from downtown Sandpoint and its recreational offerings. A 30-minute drive away, Sandpoint is a charming small town surrounded by the natural beauty of Lake Pend Oreille and the Selkirk Mountains.

MANAGED: This managed property needs good guest behavior and adherence to instructions, rules, terms, conditions, and requires online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. IF dogs area allowed, there is a quantity and weight limit, with a per-day, per-dog fee. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording depending on staffing. There may be interior decibel meters to report excessive noise. To allow enough time for full cleaning, check-In time is 5pm and Check-Out is 11am. Bookings over 29 days are with Prospera Property Management.
