Small ground floor self contained flat suitable for a couple or couple and 2 children. Near to Sandown Beach and Pier. Bus stop approx 50 meters away. Private entrance at the back of the house with patio garden and garden furniture. Parking provided. Small kitchenette/lounge with oven/grill, microwave, 2 ring hob, toaster and kettle, fridge with small freezer compartment and twin sofa bed. Starter pack provided inc tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, bread, jams & marmite, cereal, milk and condiments. (Gluten free and Vegan cereal and gluten free biscuits available, please ask). Discounted ferry booking service available, at least 25% off normal rates. Please arrange this well in advance of your sailing as discounted rates are limited and subject to availability. Car reg and make needed. No smoking, vaping or candles anywhere at this property please. 2025 BOOKINGS - these will be in the new ground floor Garden Rooms. This apartment will consist of two 12’x12’ rooms and an ensuite shower room. There will be a twin sofa bed (2 separate singles, ideal for siblings) The kitchen will also have a washer dryer. Current photos are of my other flat but the style will be similar and the rooms larger. The Garden Room flat is in the process of being created and photos will be added when this is completed (approx Christmas 2024) If booking through Expedia, please download the Vrbo app for communication with the host.

A piece of paradise
This little apartment is a jewel in the crown of self-catering properties! Spotlessly clean, comfortable, exceptionally well-equipped (Ally really has thought of everything) and an easy few minutes’ walk from Sandown town shops and the beach. Ally is the perfect hostess: on hand if needed, yet not intrusive. We had a fabulous holiday, thank you, and would love to return.

Although small the Flat had everything you needed thank you for the extras i.e food items. The Bistro Bellamy and the Chinee Restaurant had some great meals. Would certainly recommend this lovely flat. We would have liked a stair rail being elderly stairs quite steep Linda and Alan

Perfect short stay!
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. The flat was well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing short break. The property was spotless and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked and we welcomed the added extras. The living area was compact yet efficiently designed. The beds were also very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. The location was ideal, close to the beach with easy access to local restaurants and shops. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The small touches such as beach gear, games, takeaway containers was a nice touch. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a base to explore the Isle of Wight!

Alley the host was more than accommodating when we arrived early. Accommodation although small was perfect for us and everything had been thought of to make our stay everything we wanted it to be. Fantastic location and we managed to fit so much into our 4 days. Osborne house, Needles, Steam railway, Godshill and Carisbrooke Castle are a must. Will definitely be returning. Ally was really welcoming giving us a full guided tour of the flat that was really nice and well stocked with breakfast food. Flat really modern and has own private entrance. Off street parking was very welcoming. Only had a few days stay but really nice and location to local amenities very good. Recommended.

Fabulous 3 nights at Ally’s place
I don’t think I’ve ever stayed somewhere so well equipped, from beach stuff, to biscuits, hair straighteners, to a well equipped kitchenette. Ally really has thought of everything. Nicely situated, minutes from the beach and great to have parking. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the outside seating but it would have been lovey if we had. Ally was able to help us get a deal on the ferry fare and it was an easy transaction. My friend and her 10 year old daughter shared the very comfortable bed and I was on the sofa bed, which isn’t the longest although again, comfortable. The accommodation is modern and I would strongly recommend anyone to stay. Thank you so much Ally and we wish you continued success with your holiday let.

A perfect three night stay
I was lucky enough to find this property and it did not disappoint. Ally is a lovely host and I feel as though if I requested something she would go out of her way to help...not that I needed anything as the apartment has everything required to make my three night stay perfect. Communication with the accomodation manager was excellent from the time of booking up to the end and was very helpful when we experienced some hiccups with our trip, the house was very clean with classy furniture and very quiet environment, I highly recommend this accomodation to aspiring visitors ,it was very suitable for me,my husband and our 7 year old boy.

Bank holiday beach break
Everything was well presented and ready for our stay, including a travel cot. The flat is in a great location- 5 mins walk to the main beach in Sandown and 15 mins from the Garlic Farm. Parking is also very convenient. We really appreciated the additional touches for our trip with a 1 year old- bucket and spade, bubbles, beach tent and blackout blind were great. Kitchen very well equipped and a nice courtyard to sit in outside.
