Great location
Property is as advertised and photos are accurate. Kitchen is well supplied with dishes, pots, etc.. Building is well up a hill so though groceries are available close by, walking would not be easy with a load. This building is back off the road and you have to hunt for 64 as it is behind a couple of other buildings. Once you find it, access is easy though the keys are touchy.Be aware that the outside door self locks and you need a key to exit the building.

Cosy apartment
Alberto is great at responding to any queries and even though we got delayed and arrived at the apartment at midnight it was wasn’t an issue. We got met at the apartment and got checked in quickly. The apartment was clean and we were pleased to find t-towels, washing up liquid and kitchen basics such as salt, pepper and vinegar. We were party of 5 and we all slept very comfortably. I think the apartment is too small for 6 adults. The sixth bed is on the open landing, possibly ok for a child. Kitchen is compact but it has everything a cook needs. We’ve had an amazing time in Dolomites. What a beautiful place

This was a great place to spend time with family. Stunning views, comfortable beds and great facilities made us feel at home. Alberto was very efficient and very good at communicating. I would happily stay here again.

Great Place to Stay in San Vito
This property was clean and roomy and looks just like the photos posted on VRBO. Check-in and out was a breeze and the host, Alberto, was always prompt in responding to any inquiries. It's a short drive or walk to San Vito which has a supermarket and several decent restaurants. Definitely more economical than staying in Cortina which is only 12km up the road. Overall, I recommend.

Appartamento curato in zona San Vito. Parcheggio riservato per il condominio e eventuale posto auto in garage. Host sempre disponibile e con risposta molto veloce per qualsiasi esigenza. Zona tranquilla e vicina al centro di San Vito. Appartamento adatto a 4 persone, ottimi i due bagni. Ben fornito di tutti gli accessori per la cucina. Heerlijk verblijf midden in domieten in mooi dorp met alle voorzieningen.
We hebben erg genoten, met prachtig zonnig weer, van dit mooi gekegen appartement in San Vito di Cadore. Het is rustig en zeer gunstig gelegen, dichtbij dorpskern met restauranthes en winkels en voor zeer veel wandelingen dichtbij en op half uur tot 45 minuten rijden . Appartement is ruim en van alle apparaten en keukengerei voorzien (we misten wel nog een broodnes met kartels). Het had wel (in woonkamer en badkamer boven) laag hangende balken voor grote volwassenen, dus goed oppassen,. Heel fijn dat er 2 badkamers en 3 slaapkamersboven aanwezig zijn. Mooi balkon met prachtig uitzicht en fijne overdekte parkeerplaats. Dank voor het verblijf.

La descrizione dell'host e le foto sono assolutamente fedeli. Garage coperto molto comodo, oltre comunque al parcheggio esterno a qualche decina di metri. Per scendere in paese servono veramente 5 minuti.

Bene la proprietà corrispondeva all'annuncio. Le interlocuzioni telefoniche con la proprietà sono state cortesi ed esaurienti. Decisamente importante la presenza di vari armadi, fondamentali per un periodo lungo di soggiorno. Elettrodomestici e stoviglie al di sopra della media. Il rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente ok.

Un buon soggiorno, non favorito dal tempo spesso uggioso. Un bell’appartamento, vissuto, caldo e famigliare. Non troppo grande ma comodo per 5 persone e per chi vuole girare nel Cadore. Piccoli accorgimenti lo renderebbero migliore. In cucina si sente la mancanza del microonde, in casa del Wi-Fi, in terrazzo di una poltroncina per ammirare i monti. Giudizio complessivo positivo.
