Management didn't know about confirm reservation
The management didn't know about confirm the reservation from hotels.com. But we booked 3 days before and get confirm about reservation. Then next problem our room was not free for 1 night so we must sleep in a small bad cottage. Discount was only free breakfast. Next problem was no tv channels (i choose this hotel because have tv). For wifi you musk ask the stuff to make router on. Then after 30 minutes wifi goes off again. So i asked 7 times per day about wifi... The management (boss) is really bad and not friendly, but the stuff there is friendly (a couple). I can't recoment this hotel
