The house is furnished in a pleasant decor with some antiques. In the living and dining room with double sofa bed there is SAT TV. The kitchen with oven is well equipped. There is also 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower in the apartment.
It is located in a particularly quiet area with a very interesting landscape. From the house you have a beautiful and far-reaching view of the hills. Several beautiful and secluded panoramic roads will lead you to the interesting historical centers of Montefalco, Bevagna, Trevi and the special Clitunno springs. For your common use there is a large green area with garden furniture and swimming pool. The house has the ideal position for walks in the beautiful nature. A gravel path of about 500 meters leads to the house.
