Villa Sol Diesis: luxury Villa, just few steps from the beach.

The elegant and luxurious Villa Sol Diesis becomes part of the splendid scenary of the Islands of Tavolara and Molara. An architectural jewel set in the marine area of Capo Coda Cavallo where the Mediterranean maquis blends with the spectacular scenery of lights and colors offered by the Coast. Hints of juniper, myrtle and strawberry tree fill the outside with a large lawn that alternates with a solarium area with deck chairs and heated shower, the wide veranda allows you to eat and fully enjoy the relaxation offered by the sofas of the living area.


Equipped with all comforts, it also has a beach just 150m away and is just over 10 minutes from the wonderful beach of Capo Coda Cavallo. The perfect choice for those who love the crystal clear waters of the East Coast and its breathtaking colours.

Guests of the villa can use the shared swimming pool present in the village.

The sinuous lines of the interior are combined with luxury furniture designed to offer an unforgettable experience for the guest. Villa Sol Diesis is arranged on two floors, the large windows and monochromatic walls make the living area a bright and pleasant space, where music lovers will be delighted with the magnificent Piano Royale. The first level consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a well equipped kitchen.
In the second level there are two double bedrooms both sea view, one with en-suite bathroom and shower with chromotherapy, the sleeping area includes another bathroom and laundry. Villa Sol Diesis with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms can sleep up to 6 guests comfortably.

Electricity costs must be paid separately at the end of the stay on consumption; it will be applied the rate per kwh present at the time of your stay.

NOTE: we would like to inform our guests that there is a room service once a week on Wednesday; mandatory and included in the price.

The gardener will carry out the maintenance (mandatory) of the garden once a week.

Extra services on request:

- linen (sheets and bathroom towels): 20 euro per person (to be booked in advance);
- beach towels: euro 8,00 per person one off;
- baby cot: euro 50,00 each one off;
- high chair: euro 50,00 each one off;
- Pets: euro 100,00 each one off.

NOTE: in case of cancellation within the terms of which a refund is expected, a 25 euro cancellation management fee will be charged. Bank transfer costs are not refundable
