Quiet, spacious and comfortable room. A good choice at breakfast.Bus stop right outside hotel - Euro 1,70 to for any journey - city centre 15-20 minutes. Bathroom basin was smelly. Drain probably required cleaning.

It has a different room design than the usual stuff. Overall, the property is neat and clean and looks good. The staff is also friendly. The breakfast is also hot and fresh with good options.

A little out of town, around 30 minute walk to La Concha. But a regular bus service right outside the hotel. Being close to the edge of town it was also an excellent base for touring the area. Also parking was no problem and the bar / restaurant was friendly and reasonably priced. The roof top pool was lovely.

The hotel was very good for the value. The rooms were nice and clean and the cleaning staff cleaned our rooms every day. The breakfast was ok, could do with a bit more selection. The location of the hotel isn't too close to the old town as it's 30 min walk, but there are buses that come regularly, which are very cheap.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Bus stop right outside the hotel which gors straight to the old city. Breakfast had a decent spread, topped up right until the end. Small, but good gym.

Hotel was excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff. Although we wanted to enjoy the great food of San Sebastian, when we did eat at the hotel it was reasonably priced and very good. It's quite a way from the old town but we enjoyed the walk and the bus service from right outside the hotel is excellent.

We loved San Sebastián. The is 20 mins walk from the beach and city. Lovely hotel with a lovely bar and restaurant. The hotel food and service was very good.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous pool area. Easy bus into town every 15 minutes. Reception staff friendly but only one person working at busy times. Other staff were quite grumpy and not very nice. Breakfast was a little disorganised- its a big space but the plates are under the food and it can be quite hectic. We stillbhad a pleasant sray and would return to this hotel.
